Love in Trouble

Chapter 6: Her name.

Cali's POV

"What are you kidding me?" Natatawa ko kunwaring sabi kahit na sobrang lakas na ng tibok ng puso ko.

He looked at me intently.

"Do I looked like I'm kidding you?" I look away. Where's your guts now Cali? Where did you throw them?

"It's not funny stop it. I know you hate me and so do I, so stop this nonsense." I coldly said.

He rolled his eyes and his brows forrowed.

"Why are you making it a big deal? Just be my partner. Okay?" Then he lazily back on his chair. Naiwan ako roon na gulantang sa mga sinabi niya.

I can't believe it. We never interract often, kapag man mag-uusap kami ay laging nag-aaway. What's up to him, huh?

I sit on my chair and glanced at him once again. He looked darkly handsome on his blank poker faced. I shaked my head and looked away. What's happening to me, anyway?

Bakit lagi ko siyang napupuri, kahit anong gawin niya? Nababaliw na ata ako. Napa-buntong hininga ako at kinuha ang isa kong notebook at nagsimulang mag-sulat-sulat roon. I love arts.. especially drawing.

I draw a gloomy place where I was there, looking so lonely while sitting on a swing. I sighed and looked at Clint again. I stiffened when I saw him looking at my drawing, I closed it unconciously. He raised his brow to me.

"So you...draw?" He said and whispered the last word.

I nodded firmly. "Yes, I love arts that's why." I shrugged my shoulder.

"I like arts too. Especially paintings." Napalingon ako sakanya ng muli siyang nagsalita.

"Really? I love it too. I actually bought one from Michelle's Gallery. The Galaxy one.." I smiled. This time he's the one who's stiffened. He cough a bit.

"I have that one too. I like it because it's actually a galaxy but if you analyze it correctly you will realized that you're actually looking on someone's eyes. It was a girl who's in love right?" He said slowly.

I smiled sweetly. He's smart, huh?

"Yeah, her definition of love is galaxy that's why." He smiled too. It was the first time that I saw him that way. He looked really handsome when he smiled.

"Class dismiss. You may have your break time." Were startled by our proffesor who suddenly speak up.

Inayos ko ang nga gamit ko at nagmadaling umalis sa classroom. My heart was beating so damn fast! Huminga ako ng malalim at hinawakan ang aking dibdib. As if it will make it normal.

"Cali, wait." I stiffened when someone grab my hand. And I know who it is.

"Yes?" I said normally at Clint. I slowly looked at his smooth hand onto mine. He removed it quickly. I looked away.

"Let's have our break time somewhere. Were going to talk about our project." He coldly said.

I looked at my wrist watch, we have actually one hour vacant. And I think it's fine.

"Okay. So let's go?" He nodded and walk first. Sinundan ko lang siya.

The students are looking at us like were some celebrities, I just ignored them I'm not obliged to smile at them though. Nagulat ako ng umakayat kami sa rooftop, hindi ba mainit rito?

Ang mas ikinagulat ko pa ay ng buksan niya ang isang pintuan pagpasok namin sa rooftop. I was freaking amze when I saw the whole place. It was like a condo unit. Complete with a mini kitchen, living room and I think a room.

"Bakit may ganito? Is this yours?" He unbottoned his blouse I was startled with his sudden movement, I immediatly turn my back on him.

"Tss." He hissed.

I gulp and irritated looked at him with his white shirt on. He looked really handsome, kahit siguro anong ipapasuot sakanya ay babagay.

"Bakit ka ba kasi bigla bigla nalang naghuhubad?!" I said beneath my impress eyes on him.

He comfortably sat on the couch, he even place his feet on the top of the glass center table. He looked like a model of a couch----argh! Stop it Cali.

"Sorry okay? And to answer your question earlier, yes this is mine." He said cooly. Napanguso ako at umupo sa pang-isahan na sofa.

"Bakit ka meron nito? Can be rented?"

"Nope. It's because the whole school are mine too." Nalaglag ang aking panga sakanyang sinabi. For real?!

"What? Pardon?" Ngumisi siya at napa-iling.

"Yes Ms. Calista Folkner this is mine." I gulp.

"But anyway nagugutom ka ba? I can ordered foods for us. Wait I'll looked if there is snacks on my fridge." He stand up gracefully and put his hands inside his pockets. He looked really cool!

Linibot ko ang paningin sa paligid. The ambiance was relaxing mixtures of black, white and brown. I must say it was really cool.

"Here." Linapag niya ang isang bread at nutella. He even had some chips and softdrinks.

"You won't eat?" I said when I saw him turn on the TV.

"I'm full." Ani Clint.

"Okay." I said and started to eat. I spread the nutella on my bread.

"To start this project. I will ask some question." He said. I just nodded.

"What's your fullname?"

"Calista Orange Folkner." He stiffened.

"What?" I rolled my eyes amd repeat it and he looked at me unbelievably.

"What's with the face?" He shooked his head.

Pinatay niya ang TV at tumayo nagulat ako roon. He grab his bag and blouse.

"Call me when you're finished eating. I'll just go outside." He leave me.

"What's with him, anyway?" I confused said.
