Hiiii, so its been a while, but I really wanted to make sure this chapter was perfect for you all. Enjoy!
Josh woke up with a start. He was alone and in a room which looked as though it cost more than any house he'd ever lived in. The place was riddled with elegant and expensive furniture: the bed was massive, the width stretching farther than Josh could reach. A large chandelier hung down elegantly and large windows stretched from the floor to the ceiling, creating a vast amount of light and entirely illuminating the room. Darkness has no hiding place here, Josh thought with a shudder.
"Fucking triplets, what?" he wondered alound, rubbing his temples in an attempt to soothe the headache pounding against his skull. "Why the fuck did they take me?" Kicking his legs a bit, Josh tried to sit up. Easier said than done. Whatever they gave him, it must've been strong because suddenly the meer act of sitting up took all of his power and when he'd finally managed to sit up, attempting to stand up was equally difficult and resulted in 15 minutes of grunting as Josh continued to push himself further than his body wanted him to go.
When he finally found himself standing, his legs already seemed too shaky to carry him. Pushing the pain to the back of his mind, he tried to take a tiny step forward. His mind was screaming at him to run, to fight his way out, but suddenly he just felt so weak. He took another small step forward. Then another. And another. He reached the end of the bed. "Wow," he let himself smile slightly, "I'm getting the hang of this." He crumbled on the next step. Hitting the floor with a thud. "Fuck, shit, ow!" Rubbing his bruised elbow, Josh again tried to pull himself up using the bed frame. "Why me? Why is it always me?" He muttered to himself and consequently he didn't hear the rapid footsteps coming towards the room, or the sound of the door unlocking. Which is why Josh was shocked into falling once more when the door flung open and the three thieves rushed in.
Tyler, Robbie, and Blaire had been sat in silence in their office when they had heard the loud thud come from the direction of their love's room. Prior to the thud, Tyler had been musing on their current situation. Neither he nor his brothers had never taken a hostage with them before, they were highbrow thieves. Not the most moral people in the world, but they stole from multi-million dollar banks and high class businessmen. They did not steal helpless young hostages. So what the fuck was happening? His mind had been in overdrive ever since he had first glimpsed Josh. He saw him, he wanted him and so, ultimately, he took him. He didn't regret the decision at all. The boy belonged to them now, and he knew Josh would grow to care for them as they cared for him. The only problem concerning Tyler at this time was all the bloody admin that came with taking someone.
As the leader and chief planner of the group, Tyler now had to figure out how the three most notorious thieves in the world can retain their anonymity with the collossal media storm which will inevitably come following such a high profile robbery and "kidnapping" (Tyler doesn't believe the word "kidnap" should be used as its not very friendly. They didn't kidnap Josh. He just went with them unconscious to their house. Perfectly normal). Due to such media attention, the police will be forced to launch an investigation to try and find Josh. Which Tyler will again have to try and evade because just the thought of anyone trying to take Josh away fills him with white hot rage and no one wants to see Tyler Joseph angry. So its probably best if he just ensures no one gets close enough to take him. He sighed to himself, rubbing his temples, the brothers have escaped tighter situations but the stakes somehow felt higher now they had Josh. He needed to be protected at all costs and by all means Tyler would do that until his dying day. And that was when he heard the thud.
Prior to the thud, Robbie had been musing on Josh's favourites things. What was Josh's favourite colour? Who were Josh's favourite band? Did he play an instrument? What did he play? What was his family like? Would they miss him? Robbie hoped not. It was like his mind suddenly had a huge empty file in his head marked Josh, and he needed to fill the file as quick as possible or his head might actually implode. He wanted to know everything about the boy. Every little nuance, habit, pet peeve, every funny story and sad story, every single romantic partner he had had so Robbie could hunt them down and kill them, (what, he was a jealous guy). He knew there were issues with keeping Josh, but Tyler could sort that out and then they had the rest of their life to get to know him. The thud startled him from this reverie.
