➸"I thought we discussed we weren't going to get on their bad side?"
"Yeah, well, I didn't expect any of them to be smart enough to figure it out. We have to keep a close eye on the blonde. She'll be of use in the future. Plus, I like her. Something tells me she's the only one able to look pass the bad things."
Jenna smiles, looking out of the passenger side window. "She's really smart. I'm glad she's not afraid to hide it anymore. You know, she used to pretend to be dumb, to go along with the whole 'she's dumb but she's pretty' stereotype."
Lizzie tightens her hands on the steering wheel. "I used to know someone similar," she hums.
Jenna turns to face her. "Really? What was their name?"
"It doesn't matter now. We're not... friends anymore."
"Right. Friends."
Lizzie laughs, reaching over to slap her on the shoulder. "Shut up."
Jenna raises her hands. "What was that for," she exclaims with a laugh mixed with a groan.
"You know what that was for."
➸
They drove around for a little bit longer until they found the perfect place.
"Turn right here! Right here!"
"Calm down, Jen. I'm not blind."
"Do you want me to punch you?"
"Please," she drawls with a smirk.
"Your pain kink scares me." It's quiet for a moment before they both burst out laughing.
Once they calm down, Lizzie gets out of her vehicle and walks up to the large cabin. Without knocking, she picks the lock and listens for any heartbeats. Hearing none, she yells out, "Clear," and continues on inside to look around. It's a beautiful place but Lizzie doesn't really pay attention. The only places she cares about is the kitchen and her bedroom. After making sure everything in the kitchen works, she goes upstairs to search for her new room.
"I'm taking the bedroom downstairs, okay?"
"You do you, Jen. You do you."
➸
"So, what should we have to eat, huh? Since we didn't get to eat at the grill."
After some thought, they both state, "Grilled cheese."
Lizzie went out to the store earlier and piled up on food that will last for weeks. Getting everything set out, she starts making the grilled cheese. When she's done, there are 5 on each plate.
"I'm so glad you aren't a normal creature so that I can still eat food," Jenna says with a mouth full of food.
"I agree. I don't see how anyone, dead or alive, could survive without my famous grilled cheese," Lizzie says with a wide smile.
Jenna hums. "They are pretty good."
"I know."
Sorry it's so short. This is basically just a filler. It's also to show the relationship between Lizzie and Jenna.
There's a reference from another show so if you picked it out, then i'm proud. Here's a cookie, 🍪
There's also a couple little hints about Lizzie...
