Narrator's POV
"Ah! Oliver!" Peter yelped from somewhere in the house.
Stephen and Tony rushed upstairs. They saw Peter's room door opened and headed for it.
"What's going on?" Stephen asked, coming in with his shields up.
Tony had a baseball bat.
Peter quickly hid something behind his back.
"Nothing!" Oliver said.
"He did it!" Peter pointed at Oliver.
"No I didn't! If it was anyone's fault it was Papas." Oliver said.
"Huh? Wha- Uh..." Stephen shook his head.
"Hm? I'm being accused of something that happened when I wasn't even present?" Tony asked.
"Who did what?" Stephen asked. He looked around. "And where's Wade?" He asked.
"Uh..." Peter cleared his throat. "He's...um..." Peter slowly took his hands from behind his back, exposing a frog.
The frog turned to look at Stephen and Tony.
"Hey, I think I like him better this way." Tony said.
Stephen looked at Wade, then at Peter, then at Oliver. "Alright, which of you two has been going in the library?"
"Oliver did it. He said some weird stuff and turned Wade into a frog." Peter said.
"That's only because Papa read me the spell and told me how to do it." Oliver said.
"Excuse me, what?" Tony asked.
"Tony, why would you do that? You know I said to stay away from my library." Stephen said.
"I didn't take the book." Tony said.
"Then how does Oliver know how to spell cast?" Stephen asked.
"Wade's still a frog. Just letting you know." Peter said.
"I don't know. H-He must've... I-" Tony looked at Oliver. "He handed me the book! I remember." Tony said. "Yes. That night when he wanted a story. He handed me a book. I didn't know what it was because I was half asleep." Tony said.
Oliver looked down.
"Oliver dud you take the book?" Stephen asked.
Oliver didn't say anything.
"Oliver." Stephen crosses his arms, raising a brow.
"Okay." Oliver said. "I did it. I went into your library and took a book, but I just wanted to be like you."
Stephen looked at him, taken a little by surprise.
"You all have these awesome powers, and you fight crime and everything." Oliver said. "And all I know of how to jab someone in their arteries if they bother me."
"How did you-"
"And I wanted to learn how to do it by myself, but I can't read some of the words." Oliver said. "But Wade was annoying me so much, that I decided to use the spell Papa taught me, and now I've been discovered." Oliver sighed. "You can ground me now."
Stephen looked down at him. He sighed. "Oliver, it's one thing to want to learn, but breaking the rules and stealing is never okay." Stephen said.
Oliver looked at him. "But Wong said that you-"
"Never mind Wong." Stephen said, picking Oliver up, turning his back to the rest. "There's a lot of things to learn before you understand the mystic arts..." He said, walking out with Oliver.
