Narrator's POV
"Alright...just a few more adjustments..."
"Dad, could you hurry? The marathon is about to start."
"Do you want an arm or not?"
"But it's the StarWars Marathon."
"Peter. It's gonna start in like two minutes."
"Coming Ned! Dad, come on, all my friends are here." Peter said jumping up and down.
He and Tony were in the garage obviously fixing Peter's arm and making sure it was secure.
Peter had invited everyone over for a StarWars marathon since they were all fans of that.
"Peter."
"Dad. hUrRy Up." Peter couldn't wait.
"Oh, I'm sure you'll be fine if you miss the first few minutes." Tony said.
"No. The first few minutes are always the most important ones." Peter said.
"Just hold on. I'm almost done." Tony said. "Aaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnndd...."
"Oh my gosh! Dad!" Peter yelped.
Tony laughed. "Alright, alright." He put his tools down. "You're all good to go." He said, releasing Peter's arm from a clamp.
Peter pulled his arm close and moved it around a bit, exercising his fingers.
"Feel alright?" Tony asked.
Peter inspected the arm, turning it around and over to get a good feel. "Yeah...." He looked up at Tony, reaching for his face, placing a hand on it.
He was simply testing if he could feel someone else.
Tony had put very sensitive censors in the arm to get it as close to the real thing.
"I put over 2 million sensors in that thing for you t-"
"Yes, I know dad." Peter said, smiling softly at Tony, he had given him to gift of touch again. "Thank you."
"You're welcome." Tony said. "Oh." He pulled away. "I also put reflectors on it that allow you to mimic the image of a real arm, just in case you get uncomfortable when you're around other people." Tony said. "I know how all that anxiety thing goes."
"How do I-whoa!" He said as the arm suddenly started to take the color and form of a real arm.
"You don't have to do anything, just thinking about it triggers it." Tony said.
"Whoa..." Peter said looking at the arm now.
Tony smiled, standing back, watching his son's eyes sparkle with wonder and joy. It made him happy seeing him like this.
"This is...amazing." Peter said.
"Peter! It's starting!"
"Ah!" Peter gasped. "I totally forgot about that." He said. "Thanks dad." He said, quickly hugging Tony before making his way upstairs.

"Sorry for the wait." Peter said, coming from the portal behind the fridge. "I was-"
"Whoa. Dude, new arm." Ned said, pointing at it.
"Yeah, Mr. Stark fixed it up a bit." Peter said.
"Come on and sit down, nerd." Mj said. "We've been waiting for you."
"You could've started without me." Peter said, sitting down in between Harry and Wade.
"No. We couldn't've. You would've made us start the whole thing over even if you missed like ten seconds." Harry said.
