Izuku picked the bed next to Todoroki, he was able to hold his hand from there. He squeezed his hand and started to cry.
All Might was the first to arrive. "Young Midoriya! Young Todoroki!" He said as he walked over to Recovery Girl. Izuku thought the height difference between them was funny. He could feel himself slipping into unconsciousness. He heard Mr.Aizawa walk into the room soon after.
"All Might, Recovery Girl. How are they?"
"Well, Todoroki is still unconscious, and it looks like Midoriya is passed out as well."
He could hear them walking over to their bed sides. All Might next to him, and Recovery Girl and Aizawa next to Todoroki.
"Do we know what happened?" He could hear All Might say.
"Midoriya said something about Bakugo, a fight between Bakugo and Todoroki." Recovery Girl said.
"Interesting, it's usually Bakugo and Midoriya who fight, I wonder what caused Todoroki and Bakugo to fight.." Izuku heard Aizawa say. He couldn't hear anymore full sentences from anyone anymore.
"Expulsion...Detentions...How dare he!...Why do you think...A few days without class...Hospital stay?...Young Midoriya and Young Todoroki?..."
These were the last things he heard before not being able to hear anything at all.

When he woke up, Todoroki was sitting on the edge of his bed. And Recovery Girl wasn't in the room.
"Sho!" Izuku ran to get up, put his side was still hurting too much, so he had to sit down again.
"Izu! You're all right!" Todoroki got up to sit with Izuku. He grabbed his hand and kissed it.
"Of course I'm all right, you're the one who got Bakugo's full force! Your shoulder, it it okay?" Izuku noticed the bandage on his shoulder, he saw some red peeling under it.
"I'm okay. It just...hurts."
"Are you sure?"
"Well, whenever I look at it, the red burned spot. It reminds of the burn on my face. The burn my mom gave me." He turned his face away from Izuku.
"I'm sorry." He said and Izuku could see a tear roll down his face.
Izuku moved to face him, and he rubbed his hand along the burned side of his face.
"Hey, It'll be okay."
