Chapter 2: Clubs and sports

It was 2:40 and school had just finished. Iris West was walking through the hallway. She was looking for room 327, she was on her way to yearbook club. After a couple of minutes, she found it. As Iris entered the room, she looked around. There weren't much students. Iris spotted some familiar faces chatting at a nearby desk. Iris greeted them. Hey Iris, Nia said as she gave Iris a hug. Oh Iris, this is James. James, this is Iris. Kara said introducing the two. Nice to meet you, they both said while shaking hands as two more students walked in. It was Winn Scott and Kamilla Hwong. As they all greeted each other, the teacher stood in front of the class and began introducing herself. I'm Lois Lane, but you can call me Ms Lane. Welcome to yearbook. I look forward to working with all of you, and I'm sure we'll have a great time together. She said with a smile. From now on yearbook will meet right here, every Monday after school. Ms Lane explained.
Meanwhile, Sara was at book club with her friends Ava, Mona, Nora and Gary. The teacher, Mr Rory was telling them that they need to read the book, uncaged desires. He brought some for the club and told them to start reading it so they can discuss it. Over at the chess club, Brainy, Cisco, Felicity, Caitlin, Ray Palmer and Curtis were battling each other. In the gym, Barry, Oliver, Diggle, Rene, Roy, Tommy, Ronnie, Jax, Ralph and Nate were at basketball practice. Our first game is in a couple of weeks. We'll be playing  Keystone high school. Coach Singh explained. I need you all to focus and keep your heads  in the game. Now... Go and play some B ball. Coach Singh said before blowing his whistle.
