It was in the middle of April and it was the last baseball game of the season. CCHS were playing Keystone high. Ronnie was pitching. On the first pitch, the keystone player missed. But on the second, he hit. Roy tried catching the ball, but he missed. He quickly picked up the ball and threw it to Diggle, who got the keystone player out. One more point and CCHS wins. They had switched positions and this time Ralph was batting. The keystone player threw the ball and Ralph hit it. But another keystone player caught it and he was out. Oliver was batting this time. He missed the first time, but on the second he hit a home run. CCHS won. Once again, the CCHS baseball players did their signature howl as Wacky the wolf danced.

Students were in their classes when principal Jones made an announcement for the homecoming dance. Students! Tickets for the homecoming dance are now on sale! You can buy them at the school office for only $5.00! Remember, the homecoming dance is April 20! Principal Jones said on the loud speaker. During lunch, Sara and Ava were sitting at the cafeteria with Nora, Mona, Charlie and Gary. Sara? Would you like to go to the homecoming dance with me? Ava asked. I would love to go with you. Sara smiled, before kissing her girlfriend. Are you going to the dance with anyone Nora? Ava asked. Yeah, Ray asked me. Nora said. Wait, Which Ray? Terrill Or Palmer? Charlie asked. Ray Palmer, Nora said as she took a sip of her milk. What about you Charlie? Sara asked. I'm not going with anyone, mate. No one asked me. Charlie said.  Well, no one asked me either, so you and I could go together as friends? Mona said. OK then, I'd like that. Charlie said. What about you Gary? Nora asked. I'm also not going with anyone. Gary said. You can go with me and Charlie, if you want. Mona said. OK, thanks, Gary said with a huge smile on his face. At another table, Alex, Kelly, Brainy, Nia, Mon el, Winn, James, Lena and Kara were sitting together. Nia? Would you accompany me to the homecoming dance? Brainy asked. I'd love to Brainy! Nia said giving him a kiss on the cheek. Alex? You taking my sister to the dance, right? James asked. Yeah, of course. I've already asked Kelly and she said yes. Right babe? Alex said. Kelly nodded her head in agreement. What about you and Lena? Kelly asked. Oh, we're going. James said as he put his arm around Lena. Kara? What about you and Mon el? Lena  asked. Oh we're definitely going, Kara said, smiling. What about you, Winn? Nia asked. I'm not going with anyone. Winn said sadly. Hey, you can go with me and Mon el, Kara said. Are you sure? Winn asked. Yeah,of course. Mon el said. Thanks guys. Winn said. Later on that day, Barry had stopped by Iris's locker. She was taking her books out of her locker. I was wondering... Barry began. If you wanted to go to the dance with me? Barry asked. I would love to go with you. Iris smiled as she hugged and kissed Barry.

Tickets were going fast and people were buying them. It was finally the night of the dance and everyone was dancing and having a good time. It wasn't long till they announced homecoming king and queen. CCHS, are you guys having fun! Ms Lane said as everyone started to cheer. Are you ready to see who your homecoming king and queen are? Ms Lane said as Jesse got up the stage. Let's hear it for your homecoming king and Queen! Ms Lane said as everyone clapped and cheered.
