(PONYBOY POV)
My family and I were heading home from the amusement park. We only had about 10 minutes until we got home. I was really tired but my brother SodaPop and Darry were not.
They were punching each other just to make each other mad. But my mom got annoyed by their behavior and while she was driving she turned around and told them to stop fooling around.
When mom turned back around to look at the road. A car slammed on breaks and our mom didn't have enough time to react and BAM! Our car went into the back of the other car.
When I looked to my left I saw my bother Darry trying to get the door open and he did and he pulled SodaPop and I told us to go and sit away from the accident.
So we did what he said because we know how mad Darry can get when we don't listen to him.
(DARRY's POV)
When I looked behind me too see that PonyBoy and SodaPop where sitting down I open the drivers door. Our mom turned her head to look at me and she picked her hand up and put it on my face. I put my hand on top of it so it wouldn't fall.
She started to cry. Mom looked over to dad and he wasn't breathing anymore. I wanted to cry so bad but I held it in for my family because I need to be strong right now.
She turned her head back to me and said your father and I were proud of you for protecting your bothers. So before today your father and I have been talking and we finally decided that you will be the Alpha of the pack. Mom started to coughing up blood. She smiled at me then said Luna of the pack I now pronounce my son as Alpha of the pack. Then she turned her head and stop breathing.
I put her hand on her lap and took my jacket off and laid my jacket on the car so you can't see their body's. I looked up to see that the fuzz(police)was coming. They walked over to me and I told them what happened and they told me to get my bothers and head to the ambulance that was waiting for us.
They stopped me before I got in the ambulance and they said that the girl that my mom his is in critical condition. I felt my wolf whimper when the fuzz told me that. I got in the ambulance and we headed to the hospital.......
