Madilyn POV
Madilyn: You have no reason to be jealous. You’re always going to be my little alien.
Tae: I’ve been thinking.
Madilyn: About what?
Tae: I missed half of your childhood. Can you take me to all the places you grew up?
Madilyn: I don’t know…
Jungkook: Please, Noona? It’d be really fun to see what you did as a kid.
Madilyn: I don’t think I’m ready for that.
Jimin: You’ll be fine. We’ll be there.
Suga: Stop pushing her. If she doesn’t want to go, she doesn’t have to.
Madilyn: It’s not that.
I instantly regret saying that because know they’re all staring at me waiting for an explanation.
RM: What is it?
He sits beside me and grabs my knee. Tae sits up and puts a protective arm around my shoulder.
Madilyn: I bottled those feelings up. Going everywhere would make me feel all that again. I don’t want to.
Tae: Please? It might help all of us understand you better.
Jin: I agree with Tae.
J-Hope: If it becomes too much for you, we’ll bring you back home.
Madilyn: Fine.
Jungkook: Yay!
We all put our shoes and jackets back on and start walking down the street.
Madilyn: First we need to pick someone up.
Jungkook: Who is it, Noona?
Madilyn: Someone that helped me through everything.
I step up to Woozi’s door and knock. The others stay down by the sidewalk.
Woozi: Noona? What are you doing here?
Madilyn: I want you to meet some people.
I step back and he looks at everyone.
Woozi: Hi!
Jin: Hi! I’m Jin. This is, Suga, J-Hope RM, Jimin, Tae, and Jungkook.
Woozi: Nice to meet you all, I’m Woozi.
Madilyn: You want to walk around town with us for a bit?
Woozi: Sure.
He goes back in and grabs his shoes and jacket.
Madilyn: Where do you guys wanna start?
RM: I wanna see where you went to school.
Tae: I can lead us there!
He seemed so excited about leading us to our old school. We get there and all sit on the swings at the playground.
Madilyn: I and Tae were inseparable when we were younger.
Tae: It was like living in our own bubble. Other people weren’t allowed in it.
Madilyn: We owned the swings during lunch. Everyone knew not to bother us.
We all sit in comfortable silence.
Tae: Alright. I left when we were twelve. What’d you do then?
