I Know All About You (Octane X Reader)

Your eyes shot open. Gunfire. You were going to loose.

You cringed, bracing yourself for more bullets. But nothing came. You opened your eyes again. You were in some sort of hospital bed, but you had no wounds at all. Then it hit you. The Apex Games.

You.. lost, didn't you? A sign on the wall next to said that once you awaken proceed through this door. Carefully, you slid out of the bed, opening the door. On the other side, there were all the loosing squads, and the champion squad being praised. The room was crowded and loud with chatter, but you managed to find Mirage and Octane.

Octane greeted you with a hug, "You did great, amiga!" he cheered.

"But... we lost..." you trailed off with a confused smile, awkwardly hugging him back. 

"But you tried! At the end, how you just jumped out there fearlessly and met the enemies face to face, that's the kind of girl I like!" Octane exclaimed, grabbing your hand.

"Thanks," you smiled, staring at him. Then, someone tapped on your shoulder. You turned around to see Bangalore.

She smiled, putting her hand out, "Good job out there. You put up a fight."

You shook it, "Yeah. Congratulations."

Bangalore walked away, back into the crowd. You looked at the champion squad banners on the huge screen. Next to it was a list of placements.

"2nd place. Octane, Mirage, Teki Rain."

Hey, second place was something, especially for your first time. "Hey, guys, why not we get some food? Second place!" Mirage spoke, smiling. 

You nodded in agreement. The Apex Games was hosted by a big city, that you liked because of all the bright lights. "Hmm... what about ramen?" You asked.

Octane looked deep in thought for a second, "Ohhhh, ramen! Like.. like, the noodles?"

You nodded. Mirage shrugged, "Sure. Why not?"

So, the three of you rested for a few hours, then leaving to get some dinner at 6:00 P.M. The car ride was silent, with Mirage driving. But that was fine. You watched the colorful streets, filled with people. It made you happy.

Those people had so many secrets to be found.

But that didn't matter right now. Knowledge was not what you needed right now. You just needed to relax and enjoy yourself. Soon enough, you got to a popular ramen place in town.

The three of you ordered, and the ramen was delicious. The dinner was filled with laughter and jokes, but your focus was mostly on Octane. Octavio Silva.

That man was surely something else.

You offered to take both Mirage and Octane to dessert, but Mirage said he wanted to sleep. In a way, you were glad. You wanted to spend some time with Octane. 

You smiled sweetly, grabbing his hand, "C'mon, I know a great place."
