Three days later it was Friday afternoon Kinsley was finishing up her hair when Bucky texted her that he was on his day. She put everything in her wristlet and put on her shoes and jacket. A few minutes later there was a knock on her door she looked through the peephole "damn.." she whispered when she saw Bucky.
She opened the door "That was fast.." she said
"Um I only live like a block away so that's why. Anyways you look beautiful." he said

"Thank you." she said
"You ready to go?' he said
"Yeah.." she said as she grabbed her keys off the key hook by the door. She locked her door then they walked to the elevator.
"So I figured since you said dinner and drinks and since we don't live far from each other we could just go down the block to o'charley's bar and grill if that's okay with you? We never did decide on actual place." he said
"That sounds good to me." she said
"Great." Bucky said
Once they got on to the sidewalk outside her apartmetn building they went down the block to the bar and grill he got them a booth. Their server came over "Can I start you all out with drinks and a appetizer."
Kinsley said "Uh yeah can you get me a vodka cranberry and some fried pickles with some ranch to dip them in."
The server wrote down her order then looked to Bucky "Bourbon and coke and that's all." he said
"okay I will get this right out to you." the server said
"Thanks" Kinsley said then went back to reading the menu.
Bucky started to read his menu chewing the inside of his lip. There was an awkward silence between them it's easy for them to talk at work about work but this was different for the two of them. The server came back and said "Here's your drinks and pickles" causing them both to jump.
"Thanks" Kinsley said as took a sip
"Are you all ready to order?' the server said
"Yes" they both said.
She started with Kinsley then Bucky then left them again. Bucky took a sip of his drink Kinsley bit her lip then sighed "Okay so let's clear the elephant in the room we are both divorced and this seems to be very new for you as it is me. So we will start with you James..tell me about you and Olivia." she said as she took a sip of her drink.
""Well..the stories you heard about me being the ladies men is a far stretch to say the least. I did like to flirt but that was as far as it went. Me and Olivia were together since we were 14 we had our fair share of fights and I had my face slapped more than I can count with her but we loved each other. We got married after graduation and by the beginning of junior year of college we were just running through the motions of the day class cheer football homework sleep everything kinda felt repetitive sex went from had to have it to we would go weeks without it some nights I was sleeping on the couch and she was in the bedroom. We were no longer those two teenagers that fell in love we were arguing all the time and she would go stay in a friends dorm." he said then he took a drink.
