Dr. Khalil Cheung

While Rick and Ross' colleague Natalie, was undergoing intensive surgery at this time because of being fatally shot, the two visited Cheung's office as they went inside, surprised to see him looking at us, in the direction of the doorway. We thought that he knew we were coming and that he is waiting for us.

Khalil Cheung, a psychologist specialist doctor, was born in Hong Kong, on June 17th, 1974 , during the British colonization period until 1997. He was born on the same year Rick was born in the city of Oakland, only 5 months older than him. As of right now, he resides in San Francisco Chinatown, but tomorrow morning, he is expected to leave and fly back to his birth country by August the 20th, and he holds the citizenship of both countries. He only began his career, back in Hong Kong in 2015.

"Mister Hamilton, it been a pleasant surprise." greeted Khalil. "You're still a lieutenant and, judging that you lived and you're growing old for some time." said Khalil proudly.

"Yes... I just eat meat and vegetables to lower down my blood glucose and nowadays, I'm sharing my donuts to my colleagues." said Rick.

"Well, by the way, Rick's colleague? I'm one of his. My name is Ross A. Gardner and I work with him for the SFPD" said Ross and he introduces himself formally.

(Khalil): "Ross A. Gardner... That was an interesting name. I'm proud of you two having a great time with each other in the police force. Being a lieutenant is a tough work to order his subordinates to do some of the work for him."

"Oh... Uhh. You're welcome" said Ross, feeling slightly embarrassed.

(Khalil): "You already heard me already. My name is Doctor Khalil Cheung. You can call me Dr. Cheung if you want."

(Ross): "Yes, Dr. Cheung"

(Rick): "Doctor Cheung, it's been a long time, but I just want to let you know, I am fine, my blood sugar levels are little above normal, but I was dealing with a situation here in the city that I require to finish."

(Khalil): "Hmm... I see. I heard the news that there was an explosion at the Embarcadero, and I can see the Bay Bridge been totally damaged by the blast. It was pretty terrifying for such an explosion and I figured that you two, including Natalie, are trying to do something about it."

(Ross): "I know Dr. Cheung. We figured that with the power of the explosion so tremendous, and with the intensity of the damage so great, we concluded that this is not an accident and we are trying to obtain DVR evidence from the control center downtown."

(Khalil): "I feel bad for your friend here who got shot. Do you know who is responsible for everything that happened? What was going on?"

Rick and Ross began explaining everything about what was going on.

(Ross): "It's occurring all over the place. First was the explosion, and we nearly got assassinated, except for Natalie. We have no idea who is responsible for all of this, especially the assassination part and we know that it is not an isolated incident. The only thing we can find was the flaming wizard-like suspect at Pier 26, but he escaped."

(Khalil): "Actually, I have been through this some sort of assassination before. Some hot red-haired chick at my country nearly stabbed me in the front and I narrowly avoided it, not just because I was lucky, but I can do martial arts and self-defense, which I knocked her out. Some say in the public that I am the best martial arts fighter during my physiologist career."
