Chapter 7: Declaration of War!

Previously on Dog Days

Galette member: "It looks like our neighboring country, Biscotti, is at peace for now, and their Hero is having a peaceful time, too. However, it looks as though her highness and the warrior have something troubling them. As her highnesses aides, we must find out what is going on."

Millhi's POV

Riselle: "Princess! Starting work so early, I don't think that's good for your health." she said with concern

Millhi: "But I'm going to meet Cinque this morning, so before I have some fun, I need to do what I can. Oh, the mass productions of weapons, very good, we're actually slightly ahead of schedule." she said with delight

Maid: "Yes ma'am. The leaders at the business association were so excited with the past two victories that we've had and they've been working hard on the weapons." she replied kindly

Millhi: "I'll have to give the leaders a reward for their hard work." she said kindly

Riselle: "Shall I have Amelita make the arrangements?" she asked

Millhi: "Yes, please." she replied

She stamped the last piece of paper work she had and smiled

Millhi: "Okay, that's it for this mornings work!"

Cinque's POV

Cinque: "Emilio. This one here, she's the princess's celkul, right?" he questioned

Emilio: "That's harlan. She's a flying celkul, something you rarely ever find in Flonyard." he answered

Cinque: "Really? So you're a rare one aren't you?" he said while gently petting her beak

Millhi then came out of the castle wall door and saw Cinque

Millhi: "Cinque! Did you wait long?" she asked and noticed Harlan had her bean open above Cinque slightly embarrassing Millhi.

Millhi: "Uhhh, I can't believe Harlan is acting that way! Even celkuls like you!" she said delightfully

Cinque: "I'm happy that she likes me, but a little help please..." he said with slobar all over him

Then they were riding Harlan and running around the country side of Flonyard. Cinque was controlling Harlan while Millhi rode behind him.

Cinque: "It feels great to take a ride so early."

Millhi: "Yes, indeed!" they both said happily

They arrived at an area near Biscotti that was covered in flowers which amazed Cinque.

Millhi: "Isn't it beautiful? This is my secret place." she said

Harlan then kneeled down for them to get off of her. Cinque got up first and helped Millhi down.

Cinque: "So what do you do here Princess?" he asked

Millhi: "Well, I like to taking slow walks or eat lunch." she answered

Cinque: "That sounds really nice. But would you like to get some exercise before that?" he asked

Millhi seemed confused

Cinque: "This was something I tried out yesterday." he said and summoned a yellow and white frisbee

Cinque: "Are you ready? I'm going to throw this, and I want you, Princess, to catch it." he instructed

Millhi seemed slightly nervous but chose to follow along with Cinque.

Millhi: "Alright." she said
