IN Hamilton, Vermont, rarely anything of note happens. If you were to enter the Hamilton library and look up the dictionary definition of excitement, you would find pictures of Barnaby College's football team, the Ferris wheel at the autumn festival, and nothing else. The residents used to their monotony, are shocked after a power outage across the town remains unexplained.
ONLY they know what happened that night, in the park. At least, they know reflections and fractions of the truth. Now, before they've truly begun to comprehend what happened, the consequences are manifesting deep into their skin, itching to scratch the surface.
