Chap. 3 : Total Idiots

Y/n's POV

After school, I separated with Mimi and Akari since they had to walk the opposite way from me. When I was walking, I saw a famaliar brunette down the road.

I thought hard at who it was. He was wearing the same uniform and all but I couldn't put a finger on it.

I was staring at his back and he still doesn't look back. Doesn't he feel paranoid? I mean, people feels paranoid when they felt like someone's watching them...

He then needed to turn a corner so when he did, I took a glance from sideways and realized that it Yamazaki.

So he takes this way to school...

I feel like a stalker now.

Anyways, I continued my journey way back home.

So next day of school came along. Mimi and Akari came rushing to me with serious looks on their faces.

"Y/n, you seriously need to hear this!" Akari started while both of her hands on my shoulders.

"Can't we get into school first?" I ask them with a raised eyebrow.

"It's about Yamazaki... It's a rumor about him that we just heard!" Mimi spoke Yamazaki's name quietly, ignoring my question.

Welp, here it goes...

"He slept with a second year girl!" Akari says, not so loud so others don't hear us. This caught me off guard.

"Of course he did," I rolled my eyes. I mean, I believe them but what can you say?

"I know you believed us but a second year!? Seriously!?" Mimi groans. "I can't believe it!"

"But..." I started, "I saw him walked home yesterday because he took the same way home as me until he needed to turn a corner of course," I say. "When could he possibly met the girl?" I ask, confused.

"Rumor said that they met when Yamazaki was out on a run at night and bumped into the girl and they talked and then the next thing you know, they're in bed!" Mimi explains.

I'm never going out at night again... You wouldn't know if you stumble upon a serial killer at night.

"Okay, okay... Let's just get inside the school. We have like, 3 minutes before homeroom starts," I said and Mimi and Akari just nodded in agreement.

As we walk down the hall to our classroom, we saw a second year girl crying with her friends from behind chasing her out of our classroom.

"That must be the girl.." Akari whispered to me and Mimi.

Once we're in the classroom, there was an awkward silence lingering across the classroom. I still felt it when I sat at my place.

Yeah, it's about that rumor.

I saw some of the girls whispering with each other. They should've known about it after the girl from class 3 - 1 was his first victim at this school...

Idiots.
