Chap. 4 : Is It A Deal?

Arata's POV (Yamazaki)

3 months later. . .

I sigh. My friends raise an eyebrow at me, I sigh again. "Dude, what's wrong with you?" Matsumoto Tamotsu, one of my best friend ask.

"I'm bored..." I sigh, again.

"Okay, but can you stop sighing? It's getting annoying," he says. I sigh, once again.

"Why, are you bored?" Kimura Mitsuo, my other best friend, ask. I stare at him for a second and then sigh again. We were sitting on a staircase where not a lot of people uses so we thought how about just hang there?

"I'm just bored, I guess," I shrug. Seriously, I have nothing to do.

"Then how about get a girl?" Tamotsu smirks at me. I stare at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Is there any girl that I didn't get yet aside from those two of my weird classmates who gives death glares at me at this school?" I ask. Obviously, I won't go for them. They've been glaring daggers at me ever since my second day here.

"Hmm...? Oh, you mean Akari and Mimi? Yeah, I've seen them... I was in the same class as them in first year and when they're pissed off, they're really pissed off, like no joke," Mitsuo states.

"Thank you for your information," Tamotsu pats his shoulder. I rolled my eyes at them. "Hey, wait... Did you ever got that girl who sat in front of you in class?" He started.

"I..." I pause, knitting my eyebrows together. "On second thought... I never really talked to her before, because she's like friends with those two girls who gives death glares," I explain.

Mitsuo snaps his fingers, "Then try getting her!" he suggest. I stare at him.

"Are you nuts? Didn't you hear me? She's friends with those--"

"I heard you, but I'll make a bet with you on this," Mitsuo says grinning. I raise a brow.

"What kind of bet?" I ask, curious.

"If you can get that girl within 3 months, I'll do whatever you absolutely want for a month and if you can't, you'll have to pay for my lunches for a month," he says.

Tamotsu grins and looks at me. "Oh come on, dude... Are you scared?" He teases me.

What, they think I couldn't get a girl within 3 months? I could get a girl in just one day!

"Is it a deal?" Mitsuo reaches out his hand for a shake. I stare at his hand and back to his grinning face.

I smirk, "Deal."
