Chapter Six : Yunkai

Rickard was riding slowly with Ella by his side. He rode slowly he spent a lot time remembering memories of his family,his home.

He was interrupted form his train of thought when someone was speaking to him. He looked up and saw it Daenerys who fell back a few paces to talk to him.

"We haven't really spoke to each other since we left Astapor"

During riding Rickard was quiet. He didn't really socialize with anyone occasionally Ser Barristan would talk to him but other than that he was quiet.

"Yea I guess" Rickard shrugged.

"Ser Barristan has told of what happened to your father and I just wanted to say that I am sorry"

"Thank you your grace" Rickard mumbled

"And also I want you to join my Queensguard, Ser Barristan has told your quite skilled with a sword"

"Umm sorry your grace, I can't" but was interrupted by Daenerys

"You can and you will" and with that Daenerys rode away.

Rickard just rolled his eyes, he wasn't in the mood to argue. As he was very tired he spent weeks riding from Qarth to Astapor in those weeks made Rickard exhausted.

"Here Let me help you" spoke Leo. With that Rickard lost control of his body. Rickard's mind went to sleep but his body didn't.

After more riding they have all stopped to take a break. In that time Leo was controlling Rickard leaned against Ella and slept. He hand his on the handle of his sword just incase anything happens.

An hour or so has passed and Daenerys and Missandei were walking and they came across a sleeping Rickard. "He looks so calm" commented Daenerys and Missandei nodded in agreement.

Deciding it was enough they all started getting ready to leave. Daenerys walked towards Rickard to wake him up. Ella whom was asleep woke up at the scent of Daenerys. She stared at daenerys for a moment checking if she is threat. Ella eyed her then decided she was not a threat and then went back to sleep.

She carefully ran her hands through Ella's fur admiring the dierwolf. Ella tilted her head, "Rickard," she said softly. She received no answer as he was deep in his sleep. She said his name again but little bit louder this time.

He lazily opened his eyes and looked up to see Daenerys and his eyes flung open. "Sorry, you just caught me off guard. He stood up and looked at her giving her an awkward smile.

"We're leaving for Yunkai. I wanted you to get ready to leave" Said Daenerys

After riding for more time through the dry landscape they have arrived to see the city Yunkai in sight.

Daenerys, Ser Barristan, Ser Jorah, Rickard and the newly appointed leader of the Unsullied grey worm were discussing how to invade the city.

"The Yunkish train bed slaves, not soldiers. We can defeat them." Said the elderly man

"That's true but they have advantage. They have strong walls. If they are smart they would behind that and let us take the fight to them" spoke Rickard

  "I don't want half my army dead before I even set a foot on Westeros" Said daenerys

  "We don't need Yunkai, Khaleesi. Taking this city will not bring you any closer to Westeros or the Iron Throne." Jorah try to change the Targaryen's mind.

From the time knowing daenerys he knew that she would risk an entire army to free a single slave so he knew that she wouldn't listen to him.

"How many slaves are there in Yunkai?" She countered
