hey guys today im dedicating this chapter to Leah today i hope you all enjoy it. There will be more chapters dedicated to Leah further in the story.

Leah regained consciousness in a dull hospital room. Leah slightly lifted the thin sheets if the bed off her body. She was wearing a washed out blue/green looking hospital gown. Leah looked around the hospital room. Balloons and stuffed animals were around her bed. None of it was there before.

Leah: Huh... why am i here?

Leah is about to get out of bed when her step sister India entered her hospital room. Leah fucking hated india. All she ever did was steal her clothes and money and make her life hell. However, Leah was willing to endure India's crap if it made her beloved mother happy. But she still despised her.

India: Oh you woke up? what a shame.

Leah: if you're going to give me this shit then shut your trap for once.

India looked like she wanted to slap Leah, but that wasn't unusual. India was pretty violent towards Leah on a regular basis. India remained calm and walked towards the window in Leah's hospital room, opening the curtains. Blinding sunlight coated the room and Leah covered her eyes with her arm.

Huh that's odd...

Leah moved her arm away slowly.

The sunlight only hurt my left eye...

Leah lifted her hand to her right eye. She felt a rough fabric. A bandage. All around her right eye.

Leah: The hell....

Then Leah remembers the beating she received from Sarah. The blood. There was so much blood. Her blood. Sarah's blood. It was in her hair and it stained her clothes. it covered her face; it was all over her face. Leah jumps out of bed and walks towards a mirror.

She is surprised when she looks at the figure she saw in the mirror. Leah barely recognised herself. Her beautiful blonde hair looked washed out and messy, Her face was pail and bruised. The bandage was stained with blood.

Why is there a blood stain...

Without thinking, Leah lifts her hand up to the bandage around her eye. She then places her hand at the back of her head and finds part of the bandage. She grabs it firmly.

What's under the bandage anyway...

With force, Leah pulls the bandage off. Her eye widens at what she saw underneath. The skin around her eye was bruised and swollen more then before and...

India: i guess no one told you yet

Leah stared down at the floor...

How could Sarah do this to me...

A tear rolled down her bruised face...

Did i really deserve this...

India: Don't worry Leah, You're still as ugly even if you lost an eye

All that was left was swollen, bruised skin and an empty eye socket. Sarah punched Leah hard. Every punch hit harder and hurt more but Leah still didn't understand. Sarah was always so weak and she never lost her shit like that! How could someone like Sarah hurt Leah this badly? It didn't make sense. Nothing did anymore.

I didn't deserve this did i...

No i do. I hurt Sarah physically and emotionally. My pain is nothing compared to the pain i caused her.

I deserved this...

And so much more...

Leah walked back to her bed and climbed under the thin crusty sheets. India made her way over to the door As India was about to leave, Leah called out to her.

Leah: India do you think i deserve to be here...

India stood by the door. She didn't respond

Leah: Do you think i deserve to be in pain...

India turned around to look Leah in the eyes. Her cold grey eyes reminded Leah of Sarah'a cold green eyes.

India: I'm going to be honest with you Leah...

You don't deserve anything anymore...
