I spent the morning from 6 to 12 at our first vocal practice as a group with our coaches- not being BTS. We learned so much and I think I'm finding a sense of direction for my own voice. 

Yet the whole time my mind kept going to Jungkook. Maybe this is why we don't date.

N-no date? Naeun- you're not dating. And you won't be dating.

"Ready for your date?" Mae said giggling as she came into my room as I did my make up.

"Mae it's not a date- I told you he just wants to know the trainees," I said with a slight giggle.

"Well he didn't invite me to the aquairum," She said as she shrugged and looked at my dresses on my bed.

"Wear the red one," She said holding it up against her.

"You think?" I said smiling at her.

"Yeah, it pops," She said smiling back at me.

"Thanks for being so trusting worthy for me to tell you all of this stuff," I said taking the dress into my closet to change.

"Girl- I got you. I don't want to hear their mouths about it anyway" She said trying on one of my lipsticks.

I came out of the closet and twirled in the dress.

"Perfect!" She said clapping her hands together quickly. 

I began to blush as I fixed my long curled black hair. I then received a text from Jungkook.

Meet me in your lobby- don't want your other roommates to see- JK

I'll be down in a few!- Me

He's here...

"Here I go!" I said to Mae getting nervous.

"You'll be fine- don't end up falling for him," She said winking at me.

"I won't... I hope," I said leaving my apartment.

I walked into my lobby seeing Jungkook in a cute black hoodie, jeans, and timberlands. 

"Naeun" He bowed to me.

"Jungkook oppa," I said bowing and smiling to him.

In this short time, you have made me so happy to be around you.

"Ready?" 

"Yes." 

We began to walk towards the aquarium that was just less than a mile away. 

"You look cute today," He said clearly this time... not a whisper.

"Thank you so much."

Ugh, I need to get my blushing under control.

We walked in silence a little until we ran into a cart on the side of the road selling all sorts of flowers. I love flowers so I stopped to smell them.

"You like flowers? So do I..." He smelled a bouquet very closely to my face.

He seems so gentle and kind...

"One bouquet please." He said to the kind looking man selling the arrangements.

He's buying them for himself for sure.

After he purchased them we began to walk again. 

He handed me the bouquet. 

"For you, Naeun." 

"W-wow- thank you so much Jungkook Oppa I-" I said taking the flowers.

"Too much? I'm not hitting on you I just um... you liked them I was being nice"

"No! I didn't take it like that! I love them. Thank you." Of course, I wanna take it like that. I'm starting to crush on him.

But this cant happen.

We continued our walk to the aquarium having small talk until we reached the destination.

After he bought our tickets we walked through the aquarium. 

Jungkook was so cute he pointed at all the fish as did I. We kept outdoing each other with the animal facts. 

The aquarium was so beautiful. 

He was beautiful.

"Do you want to go in here?" He said pointing at a sign:

Lovers Cove. Two people at a time.

L-lovers Cove? 

It was a small single room with a bench and a huge wall looking into the largest tank here.

"Sure... id love to," I said. He opened the door and I walked in to sit on the bench and he closed the door.

"So tell me about your self Naeun," he said looking out onto the sharks passing by.

I looked at them as well as I spoke.

"I am from a more southern area than Seoul, I enjoy rapping, and I'm extremely happy with my position-" He cut me off.

"No- you more personally... favorite color?"

"Pink" A said with a smile.

"Food?"

"Steak."

"Hobby?"

"Reading."

He smiled looking at my hand beside him.

"You?" I said still looking onto the fish.

"Black, Rice, Reading," He said moving his hand onto mine.

I literally froze and my attention was pulled from the tank to our hands.

"Jungkook..." I said looking up to him.

"I..." He pulled his hand from mine.

"I'm sorry Naeun... my apologies. Our contracts and everything. Wow. I'm being stupid. I'm sorry."

"No it's okay, don't feel bad Jungkook- it was in the moment you know?" I said smiling to him for him to feel better.

HE HELD MY HAND.

"Let's enjoy the rest of our dat- DAY. Let's have fun."

"I agree," I said as he led me from the room.

HE ALMOST SAID DATE.

The rest of the time he was so awkward and cute. I was so nervous too- I didn't know how to act or what to expect. It wasn't like I could ask him questions about it all. This isn't allowed and I just started here. 

I remained respectful of that and so did he the whole time.

We laughed and really did get to know one another for the rest of our time there.

After a few hours, he walked me back to my apartment. 

We left one another and I went straight to my room when I got there. Not talking to anyone- not even Mae. I put my flowers in water and laid on my bed.

What now?
