I was so mad! I ran upstairs to room and slammed the door shut. My older brother yelled across the hallway to calm down.
I'm assuming Lucy, his girlfriend, was over because I heard a girl's voice from his room.
I ignored Evan's comment and just flopped onto my bed. Immediately, there was a soft knock at my door. "Shea? You okay?" I knew it was Lucy. "No." I said into my pillow.
She walked in and sat next to me. "What's wrong?" Lucy asked. so I explained everything that happened earlier that day. including lunch and the skate park.
"Oh, Shea. I'm sorry." Lucy said petting my hair. "Hey, how about we go do something. do you wanna go shopping?" She asked.
"Why?" I answered. it actually sounded like "whugh?"
"To show Julia that she messed with the wrong girl!" Lucy laughed. I slowly nodded and got up.
We left and got to the mall within 15 minutes. I was excited to shop. And as Lucy said, show Julia that she picked the wrong girl to take a guy from.
