"Chanyeol I don't know if I want this..." Maes hands shook as the lights began to flicker. She got off the counter and reached for the door until chanyeol slammed it shut and locked it, standing in front of it.

"I know you want this." He stood her right in front of the mirror and stood behind her, locking her in with his arms. His eyes suddenly were full black.

"Chanyeol! I'm scared!" She started squirming until her vision suddenly went black.

When she opened her eyes she was in a huge black room. The floor was wet with black liquid. As she stepped, it stuck to the bottom of her shoes.

"Where am I?" She asked herself.

The room looked like it could go on forever but at the same time, it made her feel claustrophobic like it was squeezing in on her.

"Maebh? Sweety?"

A familiar voice.

"Who is that?! Where are you?!" Mae spun around trying to find the source. Suddenly the darkness flickered and there was a woman in front of her.

It was her mother.

There was no doubt about that.

The eyes....
The nose....

It was her.

Mae reached out and touched her face.

"A- are you real?"

"Yes my sweet girl. I'm really here. Oh how you've grown..." Lorena began smiling with tears in her eyes. They immediately embraced each other and Mae just took a few minutes to smell her mother. There was a scent to her that no one could replace or replicate.

"There's so much I want to say to you!" Mae cried.

"We don't have enough time but we will soon." Her mother wiped her tears.

"What do you mean?"

"Your friend Luhan tracked me down and told me you're marrying a vampire." Lorena replied curiously.

"Luhan?!? Is he okay?!? And yes! I'm scared. I'm supposed to be the bridge and I don't know how to do this! I'm gonna mess this all up and-"

"Don't worry Maebh. In time it will come to you." Lorena put her hand to Maes forehead and a soft white light lit up the black room.

"I'll see you soon, my sweet daughter."

Suddenly Mae opened her eyes to see the bloody handprint in the mirror. She was back to reality and chanyeol looked at her in the mirror.

"Are you ready?" Chanyeol rested his hands on her shoulders.

"Yes. I am."

"Good. Now let's get you dressed in a dress fit for a queen." Chanyeol unzipped a garment bag and smirked.

"Lorena.... maybe you should go alone..." luhan mumbled from inside the bathroom.

"Luhan-"

"No really! If I go, the other vampires will want to kill me. That's probably going to ruin the wedding day." He fumbled with his bow tie in the mirror.

"Luhan-"

"Lorena I really can't do this!! They will kill m-"

"LUHAN!"

Silence from the bathroom.
"Please come out."

Luhan gently opened the door. He was in a fitted all black tux and an untied black bow tie.

"Let me help you." She began tiring his bow tie for him.

"You can't let this old woman go to her daughters wedding alone. You know I've come to think of you as my son and I can only wish that the man Mae is marrying is at least half of the man you are. You've done so much for her and I and I can never thank you enough for that. Mae misses you. Do this for her." She finished and stood him in front of the mirror. He was handsome and looked sharp.
