« You gave me happiness along with unforgettable memories and pain, pretty boy.»

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
6 years after Tommy's death
Newt fluffed the sunflowers that perched on the dining room table. Newt smiled st the family portrait that shone in the sunlight, highlighting his husband and his handsome son. He was grateful for his family, but it's not the one he would've chosen. He would love to be married to Tommy, having a song and daughter running around with lab as they giggled and blew dandelions. Take me home, Newt sung to himself as he swung his head side to side.
The front door closed, followed by giggling. Newt turned slowly seeing his son, Thomas walk in. Minho, his husband, walked beside the boy talking about the beautiful butterfly he caught. A monarch butterfly, orange and black wings and a small body.
" It's beautiful, Tommy."
Thomas giggled, his pale skin and blonde hair darting around his father face. " What's the matter, daddy?"
" I just miss someone, bug."
Thomas giggled as he plopped a kiss on his father's cheek, then grabbed his other father and dragged him to his room to play.
Thomas walked in after them, watching as they cuddled and play fought.
" Min, I'm going to go visit him."
Minho nodded, he pushed himself up and kissed his husband. " Be Safe."
Newt smiled as he ran down the stairs running to the cemetery, where his Tommy was buried.
He stood over the boy's grave, hugging the gravestone.
" I miss you Tommy. Thomas, My son, caught a butterfly. He reminds me so much of you, he's sensitive, yet tough, sweet and sassy, funny and serious, he's perfect just like you were."
A twig snapped in the distance, making Newt startle. He placed down the sunflowers, kissing each petal before placing them on the soil.
He sat crisscrossed on the soil, playing with longer strands of green grass. He smiled as he told stories to Tommy, smiling as if the boy was back at his side.
A shadow lurked in the forest, holding a pistol in their hand. The pistol aimed at a smiling blonde, then pulled the trigger. The blonde's skull caught the bullet as he laid on top of the grave, deceased.
Thomas screamed as he held onto his father's casket, screaming for his father to come back and hold him. Minho held the boy, tears flooding down his face as the he kissed the casket.
" Daddy!! daddy come back, Wake up! Wake up!"
Minho held the boy's shoulders, watching as the boy thrashed around and cried into the wooden casket.
A bright light welcomes Newt, along with a honey warm voice. A familiar, amazing voice.
" Tommy," Newt said as he hugged the boy's chest, feeling his warmth.
Newt ran into his arms, kissing the boy with all his passion.
" I missed you, blondie."
" I bloody missed you."
Two children figures stood by Thomas's sides, a blonde girl with long hair and a little brunette boy with a mole covered face. They held dandelions and kissed the puppy that kicked their faces. " Daddy!" They chanted when they saw Newt. Newt smiled up at his Tommy.
" Welcome home," Thomas said as he pulled the boy into a small house surrounded by a white picket fence.
