Will's POV
"I can't find Nico!" I was starting to get worried, Clarisse, Annabeth, Percy, Jason, and Rayna all looked up at me.
"The frail black haired kid?" Clarisse asked.
"He isn't frail, he's one of the strongest people I have ever known." I usually didn't care what Clarisse said but since it was about Nico I got angry.
"Were does he usually go?" Reyna asked, both Rayna and Jason had started to take a liking to Nico since they were friends of Hazel.
"He likes the balcony at our cabin, and I can usually find him walking around the edge of the woods."
"He could have slipped through a crack in the tree's." Annabeth suggested, we all looked at her.
"He couldn't have done that."
"He could, the barrier may not let what's outside in but it does not keep the inside from going out. Once you are an excepted being and not a threat you can make your way in and out the cracks as you will."
"Oh gods." I mumbled covering my face, hoping that Nico was okay.
"I'll put together a team to look around outside, everyone else look inside and check if anyone else is missing." Clarise started to leave the room as she said this.
"I'm coming with you!" I chased after her and she stoped.
"Will you need to stay here and look."
"He is my boyfriend I swear to god Clarise if you don't let me come with you I will go off to look on my own and you know it."
"If we lose you its no good to anyone."
"Same as losing you or Percy or Leo, but we sent out Leo and lost Harley, and Percy has done his time searching out there, and now your going out there. So its no different if I go out there too." I stared her dead in the eyes and after a moment she sighed and nodded,
"Fine but your staying with me."
"Why do you have to be so protective?" I groaned.
"Because out of all the leaders I know you and Selena the most, and the last time something bad happened I didn't keep and close enough watch on Selena, she almost died Will. I am not letting someone else I care about even get close to deaths dour."
