So I know a lot of people have different routines. And my skins getting a lot better so I thought I'd give a quick rundown of what I was using and what I use now because it's changed a lot in the last few months.
BEFORE:
So this was the routine I started doing.
Day:
1- foam cleanser
2- oil cleanser
3- wash face in ordinary water - cold if I needed waking up or it's an early morning
4- miscellar water
5- toner
6- day moisturiser
Night:
1- foam cleanser
2- oil cleanser
3- face mask - hydrating - twice a week
5- exfoliating wipes - twice a week - usually same day as mask
6- wash face in warmish water, it's kind of still cool
7- miscellar water
8- toner
9- second lot of toner
10- night moisturiser
10a- if I had a really bad spot I'd use sudocreme instead of moisturiserNOW:
Day:
1- foam wash
2- cold wash - quick splash of water
3- miscellar water
4- toner (optional - depends on how much time I have)
Night:
1- foam wash
2- face mask - tea tree - once a week
3- exfoliating wipes - twice a week
4- miscellar water
5- toner
6- night moisturiser - optional
6a- sudocreme - bad spots instead of moisturiserSo that's all I use now. And my skins healthy. I also drink a lot of water. And even though recently I've ate a lot of crap it's worked out well. Don't go too overboard!
Sometimes I don't do anything to my skin I just wash it with plain water.
