Chapter 22 : The Face Off

Ye-Na's Pov

It was a usual morning, Saturday. My brothers were out for a schedule and i was left alone with, Yoora unnie. Subin unnie was already at work and i was feeling bored.

I sat down the sofa and sighed. "Unnie, i'm bored."I said. She looks at me and smiles. "Are you really bored?"She asks. I nod, as i let out a pout. "Okay. Dress up and will go outside."Upon hearing it, i quickly run to my room and get changed.

"Unnie, where are we going?"I asked as i held on to Yoora unnie's hand. She looks at me and smiled. "We'll just have a fun time at the park since the two us are bored."I let out a wide smile as i was feeling happy about it.

"Do my brothers know? Did you tell Subin unnie?"I asked. "Not yet. But don't worry. They won't get mad. Since you're with me."I nod, as i roam my eyes around,  the streets.

I feel happy about being outside. Chanyeol oppa really doesn't allow me to go out since the outside world is dangerous.

As we got to the park, it was filled with families, couples, kids and just random people enjoying the park. I immediately got excited, thinking about having fun.

"Are you happy?"Yoora unnie asked. I nod as i let out a wide smile. "This is the best day of my life, unnie!"I said.

"Go on! Play with the other kids and i'll just be here watching you."I nod. I ran to where the other kids are, and started playing with them.

Subin's Pov

Work is so much stress. So much papers to sign, problems to fix. I don't know what to do now. I sighed, as i rest my back on the chair.

"Excuse me, maam. Here's your coffee."

"Thank you, Hyerin."

Suddenly, my phone rang an unexpected caller. I look at the caller and it was Chanyeol.

"Yeobseyo?"

"Where is Ye-Na?"

"At the house with Yoora, why?"

"I have been calling the house number, but no one is picking up. Can you call Yoora?"

"Sure."

What's going on? I dialed Yoora's phone and waited for her to pick up.
As she picks it up, i could hear noisy backgrounds of people, vehicles.

"Subin-a?"

"Where are you? And where's Ye-Na?"I asked, a bit worried.

"U-mm were at the park. And Ye-Na is playing with some kids."

"WHAT? DIDN'T I TELL YOU NOT TO BRING YE-NA OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. YOU KNOW HER LIFE IS IN DANGER!"

"Yes, yes i know that. But she was alreay bored, and i didn't have anything else to make her happy."

"UGH! Just watch her closely."

"Okay. I wiil. YE-NA—!"

The call unexpected ended. What's going on? Did something happen to Ye-Na? I immediately, run out of my office and head my way to the parking lot.

"LETS GO! To the park! Faster!"I said to my driver. I get in my car and immediately drove away. I keep dialing Yoora's phone but she isn't picking it up.

I started to feel tension in my body. Nervous, scared, worried. All of those inside me. I dialed Chanyeol number and told him everything.

Ye-Na's Pov

I was playing, with some other kids, having fun and all when a woman, appraoched me. I tilt my head up, and she was wearing a hoodie, and a sunglasses.

"Who are you?"I asked. As she removes her glasses, my eyes widened in surprised. "Hi, Ye-Na."She was smiling so widely, that it looked so creepy.

I immediately stood up, and walk two step back from her. "Yeon-hee unnie?"She smiles. "You're right. It is me."I was so anxious and scared, that she might hurt me.

"YE-NA!"When Yoora unnie suddenly called me, Yeon-Hee unnie immediately left.

"Unnie?"She pulls me into a hug, as she caress my hair down. "Are you okay? Did that woman hurt you?"Yoora unnie asks.

"Ani. She didn't hurt me. I'm fine."I said. "Was that, Yeon-Hee?"Yoora unnie asked. I nod, "Unnie, i'm scared."As tears slowly rolled down from my eyes. Yoora unnie pulls me into a deep and tight hug, as i cry.

"Don't worry. She won't hurt you."

Subin's Pov

As i got to the park, i saw a woman, in hoodie, wearing a sunglasses immediately left. I know for sure it was Yeon-Hee. As i step out of my car, i immediately went to look for Ye-Na, then i found her hugging Yoora in tears.

"YE-NA!"I called.

As Ye-Na saw me, she ran towards me with wide open arms. I pull her into a deep hug, as she cries. "Are you okay?"I asked.

"I'm fine, unnie."I wipe her tears off with my hand and caress both of her shoulders. "Don't be afraid. I won't let her hurt you, okay?"Ye-Na nods as she pulls me into deep hug. I look Yoora and held her hand.

EXO's House

Subin's Pov

"UGH! THAT YEON-HEE, SHE'S ALREADY GOING TOO FAR!"Says Chanyeol in anger.

"Chanyeol, Ye-Na is sleeping. Lower your voice down."Says Baekhyun. Chanyeol sighs as he sat down the sofa with her hands together. "What are we gonna do?"I asked.

"Did Detective Moon contacted you already?"Suho asked. I sighed, "Not yet. But he will call soon."I said. "I'm sorry, guys. If i just didn't bring Ye-Na outside, this wouldn't happen."Says Yoora, as she was lowerin her head down.

I stood up and hugs her. "It's not your fault, Yoora. I know, you were just trying to make her happy. I guess, she felt frustrated being inside the house all the time and maybe it stresses her."I said with a smile.

"I admit, we've been totally over protective over Ye-Na for not allowing her to go outside but, Ye-Na understands that her life is in danger if that Yeon-Hee is still alive."Says Suho.

"What we gonna do then?"I asked. "We'll help with the investigation."My eyes widened, "What? But you have your jobs. You're fans will be disappointed."I said.

"They will understand. It will be just for a meantime until we catch the murderer and Yeom-Hee."Says Suho. I sighed, "Then you have to discuss it as as group, with your manager and the Company."They all nod, with a smile.
