Chapter 30 : The Killer's Identity

Ye-Na's Pov

I woke up in the middle of the night, in thirst. I got up from bed, adjust my eyes to the darkness. I saunter my way outside, and got an eerie feeling.

I let out a deep breathe, as i slowly walk downstairs, finding the living room a pitch black. Only the light from the kitchen, illuminating half of the house.

I walk towards the kitchen, and grab myself some water. I suddenly got shivers and chill down my spine, as i notice someone in my peripheral view.

I gulped down, forhead starts sweating, my body starts trembling. I slowly turned,my side and my eyes widened as i saw Yeon-Hee standing outside the house with a bloody knife on her hands.

"AHHHHHHH!!!"I woke up from a bad dream, my forhead sweating, and my whole body trembling. Subin unnie comes rushing inside with my brothers, worriedly.

"YE-NA? You okay? Are you okay? What happened?"Subin unnie asked. I pant, not knowing what to say. "I..i dreamed...about.. Yeon-Hee..unnie."I said, trying to catch my breathe

Subin unnie pulls me into an embrace as she caress down my hair, calming me down.

Subin's Pov

I was at my room when i heared Ye-Na shouting. I immediately rush to her room, and found her sweating and panting.

"YE-NA? You okay? Are you okay? What happened?"I asked, as i try calm her down, from panting "I..i dreamed...about.. Yeon-Hee..unnie."She said, trying to catch a breathe. Upon hearing that, i looked at Chanyeol and the other members, who were also behind me, worried.

I pull her into an embrace as, i caress down her hair, calming her down. Suddenly, my phone rang unexpected caller. "Please watch over Ye-Na. I need to answer this call."I said, as i grab my phone from my pocket.

I went out of the room, and answer the call. "Yeobseyo?"

"Subin-shii. Lawyer Lee here. I have found the identity of the killer. I'll be there to meet you, but someone's spying on me."

I look at Chanyeol, who is standing behind me with a wide eyes. "What? Who?"I asked.

"I don't know but i think it's one of Yeon-Hee's guys. There inside a van, and for sure they will be following me there."Says Lawyer Lee.

"Someone's spying on Lawyer Lee. For sure it's one of Yeon-Hee's plan, so she can know where we are"I said to Chanyeol.

"What's your plan? They shouldn't find out where we are."Says Chanyeol. I sighed, "Laywer Lee, why don't you trick them. You just have to make sure, they won't follow you here."I said.

"Okay okay. See you there."

"What's wrong?"Suho asked. I let out a deep sigh. "Someone's spying on Lawyer Lee."I answered. His eyes widened in surprised, "What? Then, he shouldn't be coming here, or esle they'll find out where we are."He said.

"Lawyer Lee's gonna trick them."I said. "Then, i hope that tricks work."I nod, as i couldn't help but worry.

Yeon-Hee's Pov

"Just make sure to follow him, okay?"I said over the phone. "Yes, Maam."I hunged up, and placed my phone on the table and sighed.

"How is it?"Mom asked. "They're following him already. Just a little longer, and we'll know where that Subin is hiding."I said, as i took a sip of my wine.

"How about Hye-Rang? Did you tell her about her father being alive?"Mom asked. I let out a deep sigh, "How can i easily tell her that, Mom? You know he left us for several years without even a single word."I exclaimed, as i walk over the window.

"Yeah, i know that. But sooner or later, she needs to know."Says Mom.

"I know that. But i want him to prove something, i want him to show me how sorry he is for leaving us and Hye-Rang. Being a single parent is not an easy as job. You're a single parent too, Mom. After Dad left us for another woman, our life have completly changed. Things became harder for the both of us, especially for you."I said.

"I know that Yeon-Hee. But i know, we both know, that we don't want Yeon-Hee to grow up without having a father. I don't want her to experience the life you experienced when your Dad left us."Says Mom. That hit me so hard.

"I know that Mom. That's why i'm making him make it up to Hye-Rang. I want them to have a closure."I said.

In the midst our the conversation, my phone rang an unexpected caller. "Yeobseyo?"

"Maam, we followed this Lawyer Lee."

"Oh, where did he go? Did you found out where they're hiding?"I asked.

"At the cementery. He visited his grandparents"

"WHAT? They might have tricked us."I said.

"Just come back here!"I said, as i hunged up i look at Mom. "What happened?"

"They tricked us again."I said.

Subin's Pov

"GUYS?! It's Lawyer Lee!"Says Chen, who went to the front door. "You okay, Lawyer Lee?"I asked.

"Yes, I'm fine. I succesfully tricked them."Laywer Lee said. We all gathered in the living room, in anticipation.

"So, i came here to tell you the identity of the killer."Says Laywer Lee, upon hearing that,we all looked at each other.

"Who is it?"I asked. "It's a guy named, Jang Kyung Chul. I also found something ineresting about this guy."Says Lawyer Lee.

"What is it?"Kris asked. "He's a drug dealer, and a serial killer that the detectives have been looking for, for almost 12years. He's also Yeon-Hee's ex lover back in Highschool.  They have been in guidance for almost everyday, for bullying a student in their section."Lawyer Lee explained.

My eyes widened in surprised. Chanyeol and I looked at each other, in total shock.
