The Unexpected// Why Don't We

Part 40.

TIME SKIP 7MONTHS

Ellen's POV

Today was the day Kitty was packing her bags and boxes and we were taking them down to the car.

Ok so let me catch you up on everything that has happened in the last 7months. Kitty and Jack have had the cutest relationship and have decided to move in together, they also have not announced their relationship yet so that is yet to come. Daniel and I are perfectly happy together and nothing has happened between us. My record deal has been going really well and I have released an EP, but no Kitty is moving out I am going to have the apartment to myself (Ok now back to what's happening).

We put all her stuff in Jacks's car and then Kitty got in the car and they drove off, I walked back inside and went up to our well my apartment. It was gonna be so weird not living with anyone, intact this is going to be my first time living alone.

I was just walking around the apartment looking at how empty it was without any of Kitty's things in it when I got a call from Logan.

"Hey Logan you good?" I asked answering the phone 

"Yeah I'm great, but is Kitty moving out?" He asked 

"Oh yeah, don't you know?" I said confused

"know what" he replied

"She's moving in with Jack" I said 

"WHAT" He yelled 

Not only did I hear him yell through the phone but I also heard it IRL because he was I the apartment above

"Girl come here now" he said 

"Ok i'm on my way" I said 

I grabbed my phone and then walked up to Logan's apartment, I walked through the door obviously I didnt knock.

"I'm here" I announced walking through the door

"Ellen what the hell is going on" he asked inviting me to sit on the sofa with him

"Well so obviously you know Kitty and Jack are dating" I said 

"Yeah" he said

"Well they thought it would be best considering they are having a child, if she moved in with him" I explained 

"So is she living with the boys then?" He asked

"Well no, Jack and Kitty are having there own house" I said 

"Well then, this is a change isn't it" He said 

"Yeah I guess it is, I mean its going to be weird not having her in the apartment 24\7" I said 

"It's also gonna be weird when she has a kid" he added  

"yep" I sighed

I wasn't annoyed or upset at the fact that Kitty and jack were having a kid I just hoped that they were ready for it and that they were both going to be ok. I just didn't want them to move too fast or regret anything.

I stayed at Logan's for a while before heading back down to the apartment. When I walked in it just felt so empty like everything that was in here was Kitty's.

"Right that's it I'm going to target" I said turning around and leaving the apartment again

I went down to the car and drove to Target, it was getting quite late so I had to be quick. When I got there walked straight in and grabbed a trolley, I went to the home section and picked out a little too many decorations and furniture things. 

I payed for the stuff at the till and then went back to the car, I put my things away and then drove back to the apartment. When I got there I carried the bags upstairs and then placed them down in the living room. I had no idea where to even begin because I had so much stuff. 

I grabbed one of the bags and began unpacking all the things and putting them around the room, I hadn't been decorating for long when I got a phone call from Jack.

"hello" I said answering his call

"hey Ellen, can you come to the hospital there is someone we want you to meet" he said 

"OMG omg omg yes I'm coming right now" I heard Jack chuckle through the phone as I ended the call and ran out the door. I ran down to the car and drove to the hospital. When I arrived all the boys were there in the waiting room. "Hey Ellen" Daniel said coming over to me and giving me a kiss

"Hey" I said kissing back

Then Jack walked into the room "Hey Ellen, follow me" he said leading me to a room

I walked in and Kitty was there holding a little baby 

"Hey" She said looking up at me 

"Hi" I said walking over to her

"So this wasn't supposed to happen yet"I said looking down at the baby 

"Yeah we know" She said laughing 

"So tell me the moment we've been waiting for... is it a boy or a girl?" I asked 

"A boy" she said smiling 

"Omg, what's his name?" I asked 

"Kyle" She said looking down at her beautiful baby 

"Can I hold him" I asked 

"of course" she said 

She handed the baby over to me and I sat down in the chair next to the bed 

"hello Kyle, I'm auntie Ellen and I just need you to know that I am your fave" I said smiling at the baby 

Kitty and Jack explained to me how she went into labour early and then kitty went into detail about the birth and I really didn't need to know. And then the rest of the boys walked in

"Hey guys" Kitty said 

"Hey the nurse said we could all come in now" Daniel said 

Daniel looked over at me holding the baby and the biggest smile formed on his face, he walked over to me.

"You know you look pretty good holding a baby" he said 

"Oh yeah do I?"  I said smiling at him

"yeah can't wait till you're holding our child one day" He said 

These words made me so happy to know that he wanted us to have a child together and he was thinking about us having a future together. Kitty was the only person that heard what Daniel said and I could tell she thought it was adorable too.

All the boys took pictures with Kyle and they all explained to him how they were going to be his fave uncles. And then Jack posted a picture on Instagram, he wanted the world to know about his child and he wanted everyone to know how much he loved Kitty.

A\N I'm posting one more chapter of this story guys I hope you enjoy the ending, I'm sorry about this book its just been really dry and long so I think I need to end it and then I will write another one soon x
