The Unexpected// Why Don't We

Part 26.

Ellen's POV:

We arrived at the after party and Logan was waiting for us outside the gate. "Heyyy" I yelled running over and giving him a hug.

"Hey, bit excited?" He asked laughing 

"Yeah I'm so gasses" I said running through the gates with everyone following behind me

"Hey guys" A guy said walking over to the boys 

I looked at him, he looked kinda familiar but idk where I know him from. I stood there and looked at him for a while before Daniel said "Oh Eben this is Ellen" 

"Hey Ellen, I've heard a lot about you" Eben said with a smile 

I looked over at Daniel and he turned around and blushed, I smiled at him and then introduced myself to Eben. "Well it's nice to meet you" I said 

"You too" He said before talking to the rest of he boys

"So you wanna head in?" Daniel asked pointing to the house

"Yeah sure" I said grabbing his hand and leading him inside

We started off by saying Hi to a bunch of people, turns out when you go to a Coachella afterparty and you're quite well known EVERYONE seems to know you. Anyway after that Daniel and I went over to the bar. We weren't legally old enough to drink BUT WHO FUCKIN CARES we did it anyway. The rest of the guys and Kitty were doing there own things and talking to people so Daniel and I had no idea where they were so we decided to just join in on the dance floor. We spent most of the night with each other occasionally separating to get drinks. 

We were a little bit drunk and so I just pulled Daniel into a kiss, we then got a bit intimate and ran upstairs to find a bedroom. We found a random room and opened the door and we saw two people on the bed. They weren't fucking yet but they were making out in there underwear. We then quickly realised that these two people were JACK AND KITTY. "Oh shit!" I yelled

They both pulled apart and turned to us. "KITTY WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING" I shouted at her

"SHHHH" she yelled back 

Daniel just looked at Jack in disappointment. "Bro please don't tell Corbyn" He said

"So how long has this been going on?" I asked 

"This is the first time" kitty said looking down

"Yeah and hopefully the last" I said dragging Daniel out of the room 

We went back downstairs and decided to go into the garden, we sat by the edge of the pool. We were both a bit shook by what we just saw. "Sorry but what just happened?" I asked looking at Daniel

"Jack and Kitty were the reason we didn't fuck" Daniel said looking at me with a smirk 

I playfully punched his arms and giggled "No idiot, seriously we just saw Kitty and Jack practically fuck" I said looking at him

"Yeah I know, its kinda fucked up" he said looking back at me 

"I had no idea that they liked each other, they hardly gave any signs" I said confused

"yeah I know, I honestly thought she loved him" Daniel said 

"Who loves who" We heard a voice say 

I turned around and saw Corbyn sitting with us SHIT. "oh h-hey Corbyn" I said nervously 

"You alright Ellen, you look like you've seen a ghost" He said laughing 

"yeah I-im fine" I said smiling 

"Good" he replied

"anyway have either of you seen Kitty?" Corbyn asked 

"Nope" Daniel said very fast 

"Nah sorry dude" I said looking at the ground 

"You two are acting weird" He said standing up

"Well I'm gonna go loom for her, you two love birds have fun" he said laughing before walking away 

He left and I turned to Daniel "Well shit" I said 

"That was not fun" Daniel said 

"What do we do?" I asked

"Well we can't tell him, so we will just have to let them sort this out" Daniel said 

"I know, how about we just pretend we never saw anything" I said 

"Sounds like a plan to me" He said 

"So how about we go back inside" he added 

"Sure" I said standing up 

I grabbed Daniels hand and we walked back inside, we spent the rest of the night dancing and drinking with the boys, We didn't see Kitty, Corbyn or Jack for the rest of the night but the rest of us had a great time together.

I was dancing with Logan and Eben when they got called over by Jake, this then left me dancing on my own. Then I was joined by the one and only Joel Hobday, we started dancing together and I thought nothing of it because I saw him as a friend. I was dancing and laughing with Joel and turned around to see Daniel run out of the house. "Shit" I mumbled before running after him.

"Ellen?" Joel called confused

"One sec" I yelled back 

I ran out of the house and saw Daniel walking towards the gates, I tried to chase after him but I was stopped by Logan and Eben. "Hey girl where you running too?" Logan asked 

"I need to see Daniel" I said looking over Logan's shoulder so I wouldn't loose Daniel 

"I'm sure he can wait" Eben said 

"No I really need to go" I said 

"One question..." Logan said

"QUICKLY" I yelled trying to make him talk faster

"Ok ok... Will you come to the beach with us next week?" Logan asked 

"FOR FUCK SAKE LOGAN" I yelled before pushing past him

I ran out of the gates and looked left and right to see if I could find Daniel, I then spotted him walking down the street.

"DANIEL" I yelled VERY loud. I saw him turn around but I don't think he saw me

I ran as fast as I could down the street, I met up with him and I was extremely out of breath "W-wait Daniel" I said trying to catch my breath 

"What?" he asked in a very sharp tone

"What's wrong?" I asked 

"Whats wrong?, whats wrong is that you're in there grinding up all over Joel" He said with tears in his eyes

"Daniel its not like that, he just came up to me" I said trying to reassure him

"Thats not what it looked like to me" He said beginning to walk off again

"Daniel please listen to me" I said trying to stop him 

"Just listen to me" I said 

"Fine. Talk" Daniel said turning around

I felt tears start building up in my eyes, I really liked Daniel and seeing him mad at me hurts like shit.

"I don't want Joel, I want you" I said as tears started streaming down my face 

Daniel stood there and his eyes widened, then he grabbed me and pulled me into a hug, he wiped the tears off my cheeks with his thumbs. "Im so sorry Ellen" he said 

"Let's go to the beach" Daniel said wrapping his arm around my waist and walking to the beach

We walked in silence but it was a comforting silence, When we arrived at the beach we sat on the sand and talked.

"Ellen what did you mean when you said you wanted me?" He asked

"I mean that I don't want us to just be jealous of each other whenever we see each other with other people, I don't want to be scared that I will loose you" I started

"Wait before you say anything else, I have a question" Daniel started 

"Yeah what is it?" I said
