The Unexpected// Why Don't We

Part 17.

Ellen's POV:

I woke up this morning and got a message from Kitty, she told me that she had gone to the boys house. I got up and got ready for the day. Once I was done I left my room and went into the kitchen, I got some food and a mug of coffee. I went and sat on the sofa and put on some Netflix.

I was just sitting on the sofa watching Riverdale when I got a text from Daniel

Daniel <3

Hey Ellen can I pick you up tomorrow at 2pm? x 

Of course, where r we going??

It's a surprise but dress comfy x

I smiled and put my phone down next to me on the sofa, I had nothing to do and I had finished my Riverdale episode so I decided to go up to Logan's apartment. I got up and left the apartment   I knocked on the door and when the door opened I expected a plate to be smashed at my feet of something stupid to happen but instead Logan just answered the door with a huge grin on his face. "What?" I asked

"Oh nothing" Logan said still smiling 

"Logan what have you done?" I asked again looking at him confused 

"Come sit" He said leading me over to the sofa

"Ok so basically, you know that girl I have been talking to recently?" He said

"Yeah?" I replied 

"Well I asked her on a date" Logan said looking proud of himself 

"OMG NO WAY!" I shouted

"wait...she said yes right?" I asked just to make sure

"OBVIOUSLY" He yelled 

"AYYY" I shouted back at him

We both just talked about what they were gonna do for their date, it actually sounded quite romantic. I mean it's not that I didn't think Logan was capable of being romantic and sweet its just he is very load and can come across a bit obnoxious sometimes. 

"Anyway... whats her Insta?" I asked 

"Why you gonna steal ma girl" He said laughing

"Yeah I'm gonna take her as my own" I said sarcastically rolling my eyes

I put my hand in my pocket to get my phone and realised I left it in the apartment.

"Oh shit I left my phone in the apartment one sec" I said as I ran over to the door

I left Logan's and ran down the stairs to our apartment, Kitty still wasn't back so I just went in and grabbed my phone. I put it in my pocket and then ran back up to Logan's. I walked in and joined him on the sofa again.

When I took my phone out of my pocket I realised I had a few missed calls and some texts from Kitty.

"Oh one sec Kitty called me" I said to Logan as I called her back 

I stood in the Kitchen and waited for her to answer the call 

"Hello" Kitty said as she answered the call

"Hey, you called" I said 

"Oh yeah... I don't mean to alarm you but Joel rang me" She started 

"Yeah?" I said sounding confused 

"And um well... he's moving in with us again" She said 

"Oh um ok" I said a bit confused"
