Will it end?

Staring up, as if he's going to stare a hole into the ceiling. Yokozawa just couldn't get the thoughts of what happen last Saturday out of his mind. Although after meeting Sakura, Kirishima had promised Yokozawa that he will contact him when he had things sort out with Sakura. However, it has been 4 days, yet Kirishima has not call him or even text him. Neither did he came to work as well. He believes that Kirishima has just taken more days off, but he just couldn't shake this uneasy feeling off. Every time, he thinks about Kirishima, he was just feeling...sad. He couldn't understand why he was upset so he could only wish that working will get this unease feeling out of him. However, what he hopes for did not come true, and this is the reason why he is at home despite it's a weekday and working hour.

FLASHBACK

"Yokozawa...Oi Yokozawa! Yokozawa Takafumi!" Isaka had been calling Yokozawa name but was not given a response, thus, he stood up and walk towards him and pat on his shoulder. The sudden action gave Yokozawa a flinch.

"Huh? Eh?" Yokozawa said, looking up to Isaka with confusion. His facial expression make Isaka piss off then he looked around, seeing all pairs of eyes looking at him. He then realizes that he had blank off, forgotten that he was in a meeting.

"I have been calling you but receive no response. Seeing from your reaction, you have forgotten that you are in a meeting right now, am I right?" Isaka said in a stern manner that give Yokozawa a cold shudder down his spine.

Yokozawa look down with guilt and worries what might happen next. Not able to say anything back, he sat there in silent and clench his fist on his jean. Hearing no response from Yokozawa, Isaka walked and sea back on his chair and said "Yokozawa, go home. You haven't been focusing this past two days, just what has happened to you? I don't need any worker here that will only cause work to slow down and it's a wasting of our time here with you. So, go home for today, come back when you have your mind back and focus in work." Yokozawa stood up, wanting to say something but he had no rights at all. It was true that he was busy thinking about Kirishima and has neglect himself in work. He felt upset... ashamed of his work attitude and trouble he caused. Thus, he took his bag, bow down and apologize to everyone and walked out of the meeting room. Quickly, he went back to his desk, taking his stuff and left. Everyone was in shock, seeing that Yokozawa have left despite only 1pm. No one dare to walk up to ask Yokozawa what happen when he walked in with such an unapproachable vibe. When the lift door open, Takano was inside the lift, preparing to go down to the break room to get some drink. "Yo Yokozawa! Going out to make your round?" Takano who did not care about the expression Yokozawa had on as he was obviously used to his grumpy. "Hey... you ok? What happen?" Takano voice out again when he receives no response from Yokozawa. "I...it's just, I got sent home" Yokozawa replied, not able to look at his friend. "eh? What happen? Did you do something wrong?" "Yokozawa! Hey! I'm talking to you. Oi!" Takano who receive no reply from his friend again, tug his arm and force Yokozawa to look at him. When he forcefully turns Yokozawa around, he was shock with the facial expression his friend was giving. It was not the usual grumpy and angry face but a sad and disappointed face. He then let go of Yokozawa's arm and move aside when the lift reach the floor he was going to. Yokozawa, then quickly push Takano aside and run down the stairs. Takano knew something was off, yet he could not move his leg to go chase after Yokozawa. He just... stood there dumbfounded.

'Shit! Shit! Shit!' Yokozawa curse while running down the stairs. He was shock from the way Takano had react to him and with the behavior he gave. He knows that he had gotten things awkward with Takano now, but he just has to apologize later. Thinking about how he is going to explain to Takano, he walks toward the direction where the subway is.

END OF FLASHBACK

"I guess I just have to call Masamune later..." He mutters to himself.

Walking to his fridge, he opens and realize that he hasn't gotten any time to stock up his fridge. "well I guess I can head out to buy some drinks and ingredient for dinner tonight" For some reason he just wants to cook tonight instead of buying bentou or ordering take away.

Time skip~ Now Yokozawa is in a mall he was with the Kirishimas last Saturday. He went all the way here as he wanted to do some shopping himself too.

'Hmmmm... I guess I will just cook curry, so I can have it for the next few days as well. It's too troublesome to cook different meals every day after all.' Yokozawa thought to himself while picking up some meats. After choosing the meat, he walks towards the vegetables sections and only stop when he heard a familiar voice. Quickly, he hides and peek at the side where he saw a couple standing in front of the milk section. He wasn't sure who the women were, but he knew and was sure that the man was none other than Kirishima. He stood there dumbfounded then he notices the smile Kirishima have on was the one he shows to the one he love and the women was holding on his arm. As if they were some newly couple. Yokozawa knew... he knew... he knew that one day, the thing he was afraid of most will come to reality and now, he had it all witness. He stood there, too weak to move. He was blinded, he couldn't see anything at all. His heart was aching, the day when Takano had rejected his love, the pain he felt back then was coming back to him again. Breathing became so hard, his stomach starts to hurt, panting heavily, he bent down covering his face. When he drops the basket he was holding on, the people who walk by then start to notice and walk towards him questioning him if he was ok. As more people were crowding around him, his breathing became harder. This time he was too weak to stand by his own, he falls down knee on the floor. He could only hear tons of noises, it was so annoying to him but was not able to say anything due to his breathing difficulty. Only to look up when a familiar voice call him out. "Onii-chan? What are you doing here? You seem to be in pain, wait let me call papa" his eye was blur, he couldn't see clearly who was calling him but the only person who will call him onii-chan was Hiyori. When Hiyori was about to walk up, Yokozawa grab her hand, trying hard to say something but it was too difficult. But he has to say something, he didn't want Kirishima to see him right now. He didn't know how to face him. Thus, he forced himself to open his mouth and mutter some words out of him "Hi...yo, do..n't call your fa..the..r, I...I'm fine" "Are you sure onii-chan? Can you stand up?" Hiyori look at him worriedly and know that he was not fine but still help her onii-chan up to the nearest bench to seat and rest. After a while, Yokozawa calm down abit, his breathing was starting to come back as well. "Here you go onii-chan." Hiyori pass a cup of water to Yokozawa. "Thank you Hiyo..." He took the cup from Hiyori and drink. "Can you please not tell your father that you saw me here today?" "eh? Why? Did you and papa have a fight?" Hiyori asks with confusion. Yokozawa don't know how to reply so he just shook his head. Hiyori was still confused, before she opens her mouth to say something again, Yokozawa said "Just...please don't...I'm sorry Hiyo" Hiyori knew something was not right, but she just nods her head and promise that she will not say anything.

Waving goodbye to Hiyori, Yokozawa decide to faster cash out, and leave the shopping mall before he saw Kirishima. He wanted to avoid at any cost to see Kirishima, so he did not manage to buy all the ingredient he needed for curry. However, it was all for the best. He didn't want Kirishima to see him, feel guilty and pity him, not after he saw how happy Hiyori and Kirishima was when they were finally together as a family. Quickly, he picks up his pace and walk out of the shopping mall. Not noticing that he had walk pass Hatori, who probably came here to buy up some ingredient for cooking. Hatori had notice Yokozawa but was not able to call him out as Yokozawa was walking too fast as if he was rushing off. Thus, Hatori did not want to disturb him, thinking he might be in a hurry for some emergency or something.
