Mubarak's POV.
I had a short night cause i've been thinking of Tasneem and was too eager to see her back in the morning.
"Oh Allah thank you for blessing me with such a nice mother in law" I said to myself.
I took my shower, wore a white shirt and a jean trousers rushed out and bought some flowers, candles and some snacks so we could have a mini date in our apartment.
I arranged the living room, made it all romantic and sat on the coach waiting for my beloved wife.
I kept staring at my watch since around 7:40am until it was 12:20pm when i had a honk at the gate that was when a smile filled up my face."Alhamdulillah, she's back" I happily whispered.
I stood by the door waiting for her to walk in.
"Assalamualaikum" she said as she walked in looking all beautiful in her red gown with a black scarf wrapped around her head.
"Wa'alaikumussalam ya habibaty" I answered happily.
Tasneem's POV.
I walked in after my salam, i heard him whispering "is she not going to talk to me" i ignored the name he called.
"My dear this is just the beginning you must regret all what you did" I said to myself as i walked to my room ignoring him and all the decorations made in the room.
Mubarak's POV.
She walked pass me after answering the salam, and the must hurtful part was her ignoring the decorations made.
"Is she not gonna talk to me." I whispered to myself.
"Mubarak you have done a lot, you deserve more than this" the angel in me spoke.
"I know i've done a lot but atleast i've realised my mistakes and changed, i love her now and i promise not to make her sad anymore" I said to myself with a drop of tears.
"Ya Allah help your slave" I prayed.
I sat on the coach with my head up, staring at the fan thinking of how to approach my wife.
Tasneem POV.
I walked into my room, dropped my cloth and took a shower then laid on my bed for some rest.
He thinks he's smart right, he still don't know what i'm capable of sha, but i will make him regret all thou i love him sha" I said to myself.
I was still on bed when i heard a knock on my door.
"Yes"
"Sorry for disturbing, may i come in" Mubarak asked politely.
"Yeah sure you may"
"Tastastaneem i'm soo sorry for all that happened, yes i was a jerk but i beg of you to find a space in your heart to forgive me please" Mubarak said while he was on his knees.
"Oh please get up, this is all you guys do after treating a girl like a slave just because you were forced to marry her" I replied.
"I got married to you not with my wish but just to make my parents happy, i never had plans of getting married at 16, i had a lot of plans but sacrificed everything and accepted my faith thinking i will have a happy life but no my thoughts went all in vain" I added crying.
"I know i've done all this but please forgive me i'm soo sorry" he pleaded.
"See if you don't mind can you please excuse me" I opened the door for him to leave.
"Ok then"
I cried for the rest of the day and slept off with an empty stomach.
Mubarak's POV.
I left the room and went back to the sitting room with tears in my eyes and thoughts of how i wasted my life.
"Ya Allah help me"
I stayed on the coach all day and slept off there.
