Susan felt the soft sand under her. She felt soft, warm waves hitting crashing into her.

"Wake up!" a large, majestic voice said. She didn't recognize it, but it was familiar. She felt a hot breath on to of her. And the bright sun was hidden by a figure.

"Rise, Susan Pevensie, Hight Queen of Narnia, the Gentle! Rise!" it repeated.

Very slowly, Susan opened her small blue eyes and looked above her. No one. She stood up but immediately fell back on the sand. She felt the huge pain she had felt before.

"Rise!" it said again.

She gathered up all her strength and rose. She stood up and looked at the soft blue sea. The sand was a light peach color, almost white. Beautiful lilies were dancing in the small waves, but most of all, a large wave, around 5 ft height, was standing in front of her, only moving on itself.

"My dear child..." the voice said again.

"ASLAN!!!" Susan cried and ran to hug her old friend. "I don't understand?" she was confused. How did she get here? Where was she?

"Susan..." another, weaker voice said from behind her. It was a small voice, one a young girl was when she just wakes up. A tired, confused, and weak voice... Lucy's voice.

The two sisters hugged, equally confused on what had happened, and how they came here.

"Aslan... what happened? I don't remember anything. And my head hurts so much! Is it normal?" Lucy asked.

Aslan didn't answer. He seemed somewhat ashamed. As if he had failed in something. Could he have? No... that's not possible. The all mighty Lion. The Lion. Aslan, creator of heaven and earth, father of all. He couldn't have failed? Could he?

"My child..." Aslan started. "I will tell you when you should be-"

"ARE WE DEAD!" Susan asked. She felt her heart weigh a million more tones.

"Well... in your world... yes..." Aslan said. "But in this world... in Narnia... your souls and body are still alive..."

"So we are dead in one world, but not the other?" Susan asked, trying to understand. Lucy ran over to Aslan and buried her head in his large, soft, majestic mane place around of his magical face.

"Oh, Aslan! Will, I ever see mum or dad again?" she cried.

Susan, on the other hand, was imagining what Caspian would be doing right now. Taking a walk in the gardens? Or maybe helping villagers? Whatever he was doing, she was sure to get back to him soon. All of these thoughts made her smile. She was finally going to see the love of her life. She was finally going to have her missing piece of the puzzle. Not only that, but she was home. She was back in Narnia. This overjoyed her. She was going to be able to see the dancing trees, and the beautiful sunrises, and the unique creatures. She was finally going to be home after being in just a house. She could have jumped up and down of joy, but she still had a question.

"How did we die?" Susan asked.

Aslan stood a bit higher this time, looking even more serious. He didn't want to say, but he could see how much Susan wanted to know. He motioned them to walk into the wave with him. They followed him, scared at first, but walked into the large wave. They entered into a small oval room, where they could see the ocean they had just walked into. They were not wet, but a bit cold. The wonderful see life was swimming around them. Crowntail bettas, or even small turtles. Some fish were chasing each other around the colorful leaves.

"Look," Aslan ordered. The girls saw, in a large mirror, the party they had had. They saw Susan walking into the room where George had shot her. They saw how she tried to stop him and was shot in the stomach, Peter holding on to her, Edmund and Lucy trying to stop their father, but he shot Lucy in the head. And during that time he was laughing. He and his drunk friends were making jokes. Peter let go of Susan and fought with his dad. He managed to knock him out and all his friends. Edmund and Peter cried for a long time. Holding on to their family. The police came in and started trying to bring Susan back to life. It was no use. Her red dress was now a darker red from her blood, and her face was lifeless. Lucy's eyes were closed by Edmund. She had blood running out of her slightly opened mouth, a huge, bloody hole in her forehead. Her face was still covered in shock. Peter and Edmund hugged and cried for the rest of the night, people trying to calm them down, but they wouldn't stop breaking things, and crying and yelling their hearts out.
