Saviour - Bellamy Blake

Octavia - part 9

Brooklyn had retreated into her tent only to notice that Octavia wasn't in there. Now that she had thought about it she hadn't seen Octavia in a while not even during the flares. she was swapping her clothes as they had gotten wet during searching for the radio. Brooklyn stood in her tent in her underwear and bra thinking about where Octavia could be. She searched around her tent trying to find her jacket when her tent flap was opened.

She got up turning around seeing Bellamy standing there in shock at what he saw. Brooklyn Kane in front of him semi-naked. He couldn't help but admire her body until she lightly coughed gaining his attention.

"what?" Brooklyn questioned as she began to get redressed.

"i...um...I ahh have you seen Octavia? I can't find her" Bellamy eventually managed to get out.

"no I was just thinking about that actually I'm worried, have you checked everywhere?"

"yep, twice I'm getting worried Brooklyn"

"its okay we'll get a search party together and try find her, come one" Brooklyn planned

The group gathered around the weapons as a search party was planned. Each delinquent grabbed a weapon as they exited camp.

Brooklyn walked to meet Bellamy the expression on his face showed, again Brooklyn grabbed his hand in reassurance and again Bellamy squizzed back. The thought in his brain how does she always know? The two were interrupted by the crowd murmuring.

"hey, look up there"

Everyone looked up to see what seemed like lights flashing in the sky. Brooklyn knew instantly it didn't work the ark had floated the innocent people.

"they didn't work, they didn't see the flares" raven revealed

"a meteor shower tells you that" Bellamy questioned

"it not a meteor shower, its 100 bodies being returned to earth this is what it looks like from the other side" Clarke darkly muttered

"this is your fault" Raven yelled

Brooklyn took a step forward covering Bellamy from Raven's words "Okay Raven he gets it, now he has to live with it. Just be glad you don't" Brooklyn challenged

Brooklyn still holding Bellamy's hand gave it a reassuring hold, as they began to go find Octavia, not before Finn, Clarke and Raven had there moment. Brooklyn knew it wasn't long before that love triangle blew up. She was just glad she wasn't involved in things like that.

Bellamy and Brooklyn walked both unaware of the hold that they had of each other's hands as they moved through the dark forest in attempt to find Octavia.

They reached a hill, when they noticed blood down below. Possibly Octavia's. Brooklyn realised she still held Bellamy's hand; she released her hold causing him to look down at her. Distracted as he took a rope and lowered down to identify the blood as Octavia's. Instantly Brooklyn followed, shortly after people came down the hill. They could see footprints leading the other way, seeing they got heavier they knew she was being carried. "let's go, we need to follow them" Bellamy stated

They continued until they fell upon what looked like a grave site, bones littered the grounds giving of a very bad vibe. Some wanted to turn back but Bellamy was convinced it was his mission.

"my sister, my responsibility" Bellamy muttered before entering the grounder territory most following in search for Octavia.

Out of the corner of Brooklyn's eye she could see a grounder in the trees, then next minute they couldn't find John. Then he was dropped from the trees, dead.

"they use the trees" Finn muttered.

The grounders were everywhere. They began to run, but the grounders chased them. Brooklyn ran next to Bellamy as fast as they could. Bellamy stopped running, but Diggs had other plans he ran Roma following. They ran after them until Brooklyn found Diggs dead, she heard Roma scream the others following Bellamy grabbing Brooklyn's hand pulling her with them. That's when they found Roma pinned to a tree with an arrow sticking her there, she was dead as well.

"they're playing with us" Finn noted.

Grounders where coming out from everywhere surrounding us until a horn went off in the distance.

"acid fog" Finn muttered. Before pulling out a tent, there was no time to run.

They all shuffled under the tent, Brooklyn was on the edge unable to fit in, "I can't fit" Brooklyn muttered. Causing Bellamy to pull her waist into him, they were extremely close. They both sat there Brooklyn could feel Bellamy's breath on her neck tickling her causing goose bumps to spread along her body.

Bellamy got tired, raising his head out from the tent "there's no fog" Bellamy noticed before seeing a grounder moving along the grass. He hasn't noticed them, Bellamy decided it was perfect to follow him, thinking he would lead them to Octavia.
