~More Flashback~
"Hina? Harab? What are you doing?! I can't believe it. You two, your, this-this is HARAM!"
Hina walks to me and puts her hands on my shoulders. "Sis I know this is hard to understand but-"
"HARD TO UNDERSTAND?!" I scream.
"Aleena, we love each other!"
"This isn't right." I manage to choke out before falling to the floor.

Hinas POV
"What just happened!" Amira yells.
"I-I don't know!" Harab exclaims.
"But your a medical student! You should know!!" I scream frantically.
He looks at me and nods. He checks her pulse and breathing and reports everything is fine.
"Then what was it?!" we both yell in unison.
"I think she fainted." Harab says.
"Fainted?!" I reply in a hushed voice. My sister fainted?!
"Will she be okay? Is she going to even live?! This is all my fault!" I exclaim.
"Why is it your fault?" Amira asks.
"She will wake up soon, her health is fine? You both have to stay calm." I am so grateful he cut me off so I didn't have to answer Amira's question.
"You're right. We should get her to her bed." I say. Amira and I transport Aleena to her bed and Harab get's an ice pack for her head.
Afterwards Amira goes back downstairs to finalize some wedding details leaving Harab and I alone.
