Um a volcano has emerged from where wailing woods was located and Lazy Links became a Lagoon how ever the fuck that happens, and pirates are here.

yeah they came back but with diggers, these squares were found in the ground and that's were they dug and they found a volcanic vent in site 1, an underground lava stream that rose almost to ground level at dusty in site 2, but site three they found a big flat piece of metal that covered the bottom of the ground, so they drove over to loot lake and started digging and they found this

and five metal bodied runes were appearing 1 by 1 across the map making their way over here. every time a rune landed in place the volcano got more active until the un-vaulted event happened
that was season 8
