Adora woke up to the smell of pancakes, bacon, and eggs.
"Hey, sleepy head!" Bow brightly said. "How does breakfast in bed sound?"
Adora grunted and stretched. "Sure. Yummy." were the only words she could manage at the moment.
Bow sat up a small table and then put her food on it. "I hope you like it. I asked the staff to put extra syrup on the side and whipped cream. I know how much you love it."
Adora saw the twinkle in his eyes. "Why are you doing this?"
Bow put her orange juice down. "I wanted to surprise you." He smiled.
Either Glimmer had a spell on him or he was being just weird. She got the strange sensation that he was attracted to her.
"Bow, can I ask you something?" Adora said and he sat down beside her. Wow, she thought. He was too close for comfort. "Why all of this?"
Bow batted his lashes at her. "You're Ador . . . he paused, able!"
Adora made an UGH sound. "Okay, Glimmer this isn't funny." She had no idea Glimmer could shape shift. Maybe this was something new.

Bow snapped his fingers and Glimmer appeared. She was laughing so hard.
Adora crossed her arms and warningly stared at her.
Glimmer composed herself. "Oh, come on! What if Bow actually did like you? Would you go out with him?"
Adora uncrossed her arms. "You like him. I can't do that to you."
"He sees me like a little sister. I am three years younger than him. I don't mind if you want to try with him." Glimmer took a piece of bacon from the plate and chewed it.
Adora shrugged a little. "I don't know if I'm into him like that."
"I'll set it up and you two can talk or whatever." Glimmer finished the bacon and teleported out.
Adora took a few bites of her breakfast. "I guess it can't hurt to go on a date with him." She said to herself.
Bow had been talking to John at guard post two. It was near the front of the castle on the left side. The way he was leaning and talking to John made Glimmer suspicious.
"Hey guys!" She said coming over and watched them inch away from each other.

"Were you two flirting?" Glimmer asked, feeling awkward. "I thought you liked Perfuma."
Bow pulled her away from John. "I like both, okay."
Glimmer looked confused for a moment. Then knew what he meant by that. "This is new." She leaned and looked at John. He was around Bow's height with tanned skin, blonde curls and hazel eyes. "You like men in uniform, huh?"
Bow's smile was wide. "I do."
Glimmer just went in for the burning question inside of her. "Would you ever date Adora?"
Bow was stunned by that question. He'd never thought about it before. "Does she like me like that?"
Glimmer's smile was unsure. "Maybe. Why don't you go out with her and see?"
Bow waved over at John. "I'm going out with him tonight."
"Okay, then have fun." She said quickly and teleported back to Adora's room.
Adora was changing into her usual clothing. "So . . . what did you say to him?"
"I just found out that my best friend is Bisexual." Glimmer told her.

"He likes guys and girls." Glimmer said, clearing that up for her.
Adora super awkwardly said, "Good for him." She watched Glimmer smile in such a weird way. "What?" She asked curiously.
Glimmer spit it out, "Bow might ask you on a date."
Now Adora felt uncomfortable. She sat down and looked at her feet. "Glimmer, I just don't know about this."
Adora left Bow a note with Glimmer and she went to Mystacor alone to decompress in the hot steam grotto.
Bow was super happy about how his date went with John that night. Now he was shooting an arrow through Glimmer's window near midnight.
She angrily popped her head out the window. "I was about to go to bed!" She shouted down at him. Getting the folded note from Adora she teleported down to Bow. "I'm really tired. This is from Adora. Goodnight, Bow."
He didn't say a word as she teleported back into her room.

Bow unfolded the note,
'Bow, you're such a great friend to me. I don't know what to say about dating you. I've never been out with anyone. Let me think this over and I'll get back to you. Please give me time .

He wasn't as bummed as he thought he'd be. His mind was on John and the kiss they'd shared. Bow also knew it wouldn't be fair to her if though he and John might be a couple.
He didn't feel like walking all the way back home. He went to the stables with the horses and slept with Swift Wind for the night.
Bow woke up to find Swift Wind gone. He figured he was either eating a pail of apples or on a mission with Adora.
He went to the castle and saw Queen Angella talking quickly to Glimmer. She seemed upset over something. Angella met his eyes and nodded. She walked off in the opposite direction.
Glimmer turned around and sadly said, "Hey, Bow." He came closer and she continued. "Mom said that there will be no distrubances after nine p.m. unless it's an emergency. That means stop shooting arrows through my window."
His cheeks turned red. "Okay, sorry."
