After loopty loops aplenty with Swift Wind, Adora went to Plumeria to talk with Perfuma.
"The She-ra!" Perfuma greeted her and sprung a wreath of flowers around her neck.
Adora took them off. "Hey, can you just call me Adora when I'm in my normal clothes."
Perfuma looked a bit hurt, but understood. "Sure . . . Adora. Is there a reason you're here?"
"We're around the same age and well I need to talk to someone other than Glimmer right now." Adora sat down beside a tree while Swift Wind trotted off to talk to the villagers and steal apples.
Perfuma made herself a bed of flowers to sit on. "Girl talk, yeah that sounds interesting."
Adora sighed heavily and said, "Glimmer likes Bow, but you like Bow. Bow likes you and John. Glimmer asked Bow to ask me out on a date."
The look on Perfuma's face made Adora laugh.
"Are you telling me that Bow likes to date men and women?" Perfuma asked.
Adora gritted her teeth then slowly told her, "Yes. I only know this because of Glimmer too."

Perfuma nervously picked at petals around her. "I thought Bow and I were growing into something more. I guess I was wrong. I even asked him to the princess prom!"
"That was like seven months ago." Adora said, more to herself than Perfuma.
Perfuma yelled, "I know Bow and I aren't great at keeping in touch. I liked him a lot. I still do."
Adora looked at her and shrugged. "Tell him then. Tell him before he gets too involved with this John person."
Perfuma looked a little confused. "What about you? Do you want to go out with Bow?"
Adora shook her head and looked down. "I like someone else. I just can't be with them."
"Why not? It's not like this person is evil, right?"
There was a sadness in Adora's eyes. "I wouldn't say evil. Mean, sure, not so much evil like the rest of them."
The gasp Perfuma made could be heard for at least a mile. She quieted her voice to say, "You like someone from The Horde?"
Adora felt like punching herself in the face. "I can't help it. I know it's wrong and I have to let it go."

Scorpia had gone down to the main entrance to give commands to the troops. They only half listened to her before she started talking about how cute Catra was. None of them gave a crap.
A bunch of nodding and uh-huhing later she finally left them.
She was feeling so good about today when she came to a stop. Just inside the main hallway was a giant furry gray rat staring at her. She cried out and swung a claw at it. The rat ran and she bounded after it. It skirted around a corner and toward the elevator.
"Come back varmit!" Scorpia yelled as Lonnie and Kyle walked by. They watched her slide to the left and stumble. The rat circled around and went back up the hallway. Lonnie and Kyle squealed in surprise.
Scorpia flew past them and tried to catch up with the critter. It turned around again and whizzed down the hall. "Oh come on!" Scorpia cried out and huffed to a halt.
It was then she heard Entrapta's wicked-like cackle. She came out of a vent and held a remote in her hands. "Trevor's a quick one, huh?"
Lonnie and Kyle stared at her.
"Trevor?" Scorpia said, getting needed air back into her lungs.
Catra held Trevor in one hand as she appeared. "This thing needs to be trashed!"

"No way!" Entrapta shouted. "Give him back!"
Catra hated any mouse like thing. "Play with him in your room." She threw Trevor at her.
Entrapta clutched the large rat to her chest. "Meanie!" She shouted at Catra.
Scorpia came over to Catra. "I'll protect you, Wildcat."
"I don't need protecting. I just hate mice in general." Catra walked on and Scorpia grabbed her arm. "OW!!" Catra screamed out. "You're hurting me!"
Scorpia hated her claws. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you."
Catra smiled once and turned away.
"Why won't you give me a chance?" Scorpia called out to her.
Entrapta came closer to them. "It's obvious isn't it? Adora is the only one on her mind."
Tears creeped into Catra's eyes and she ran off to the elevator.
"I always say the wrong thing." Entrapta said and petted Trevor.

Scorpia went to Catra's room an hour later. "Can I please come in?"
"Fine." Catra said and looked up from her 'Horde Life' handbook.
Scorpia presented her with fish sticks and fries. "For you, Wildcat." She said warmly.
Catra took it from her. "Thanks." She stuffed a fish stick in her mouth.
"I'm asking you to consider going on a real date with me." Scorpia said, smiling.
Catra said, "There is nowhere that we are not feared." She offered some food to Scorpia.
"Never mind that. All I'm asking is for one date." Scorpia's eyes begged her. She looked like she was gonna cry.
Catra put the food down. "I have feelings for Adora."
"And Adora isn't here. I am." Scorpia said, trying to keep calm.
Catra's eyes met Scorpia's. She knew Scorpia would not give up. "Okay, one date only."
Scorpia spun around in delight. "You won't be sorry! It'll be so amazing!"
Catra smiled and Scorpia left the room. She opened her hand book. There were drawings of her and Adora inside of it. "I really miss you." She said to the drawing and kissed it.
