A long time ago there was lil mouse. this Mouse was always scared of other people. why? cuz she wanted to make everyone happy. this mouse is running through a field: the field of life. it's like a labyrinth. the mouse can see the aim of life but the way seems impossible. on her way are so many tasks and enemies... one day the lil mouse faces a kitten. As always the mouse tries to find a hiding spot. the kitten finally saw the mouse but just stayed where she was. after some time  the mouse came out of her spot and asked "why aren't you trying to eat me?"
the kitten kept quite.
the mouse slowly moved a bit closer to the cat and asked again.
"Just because you think everyone hates you it doesn't mean it's true. Just because everyone you met wanted to hurt you it doesn't mean i want to hurt you too."
the mouse was confused. she took a deep breath and sat infront of the kitten.
"What is your name, kitten?"
the mouse was looking into the eyes of the lil cat and after a while she answered "sky."
the mouse was confused.
"sky? is that your name?"
the kitten nodded her head and asked the mouse what her name is
"i don't have a name, it seems like i'm not important enough to have one"
"just because your family didn't care to give you a name it doesn't mean you aren't important."
"how do you know so much about life? you look so young."
sky slowly layed down and took a deep breath.
"i was like you not long ago. i was worried all the time cuz i was surrounded by things that made me sad and scared. one day i met an old wise cat and she told me that nothing is the same. just because 99 out of 100 are bad cats that doesn't mean that this one cat has to be bad too. the cat told me about her kids. they worked hard to become strong but the old cat noticed that they weren't happy. She talked to them and all they said was 'we want you to be happy and to be proud of us'. Don't you think the same way?"
"yes..."
"what is the point of working hard for sth you don't even really want and what doesn't make you happy? i watched you for a few days now and you ran through this labyrinth like you were chased. the only thing that chased you was yourself. you are the one who is your biggest enemy. you are the one who makes you tired and you are the one who wants to see you fail."
the mouse didn't say a word. she was shocked by the words of sky.
"now tell me, what is your name?"
"my name is... uh... alma"
"alma, you are the greatest lil mouse i've ever met."
"sky, can i asked you sth?"
sky agreed.
"have you failed? you told me you were like me not long ago."
"i failed, many times. but i kept going cuz i wanted to make me feel good about myself. i couldn't live with my mistakes. it was like i was holding a rope and this rope was connected to my life. every mistake i made was like oil. i slipped more and more until i almost lost the rope completly but that moment an old cat gave me her paw and pulled me to the rope. she was helping me to hold it. that is exactly what i'm trying with you: i wanna give you my paw so u won't slip away."

with those words alma and sky just took one step after another one and only 3 days later they arrived at a beautiful tree. they sat under the tree and alma turned to sky.
"thank you. i was slowly slipping until i met you. you saved me. thank you for holding on to me and not letting me slip."

30 years later another lil mouse found the tree. she was getting closer and saw two skeletons: a mouse and a cat holding a rope and laying together. everyone tried to separate them or cut the rope but it was like their bond was stronger than anything.
