Once upon a time, there was a Girl. Her Name was Lia. Lia was a shy Person and if there was one thing she hated then it was not to be in control of a situation. She never had a boyfriend or even a crush on someone before but then one day, everything had changed. Well, actually it took weeks until she noticed. Lia knew this boy's Name who was a bit older. She was a sophomore and he a Senior. Lia actually never really paid attention to him until one day she felt like he looked at her. That happened a few times over some weeks and Lia started thinking about it. A boy like him looking at her? Impossible. She unknowingly started to think about him more and more and suddenly it hit her: she had a crush on him.

The boy's Name was Brandon. Brandon had light brown, curly hair, blue eyes and basically lived in hoodies. He actually always wore a hoodie with a denim jacket at school. Lia on the other hand had dark brown hair and brown eyes but she also wore hoodies everyday. She told one of her best friends, Gavin, about it and he was truly happy for her but there was a problem: as i mentioned before, Brandon is a senior which means Lia had only a few months left until she wouldn't be able to see him ever again. Luckily, both of them took the same bus line but since they had different timetables she wasn't able to see him every day on the bus. Lia knew she had to do something. She and Gavin tried to figure out a way to contact Brandon since Lia just couldn't smile at him. She almost had a panic attack every time Brandon looked in her dirction. Stressed from all of the studying for the exams, Lia got creative: a letter. She would write a letter to Brandon. As unique as it sounds, there was still the problem how he could receive the letter. Lia contacted a teacher of hers to see if she could give him the letter and he would pass it on to Brandon. But that wasn't able to be done so Lia asked a close friend of her, Madison, if she had friends who were close with Brandon and who would be ready to pass on the envelope. Madison asked some people she knew and then everything was set. As soon as Lia was alone at home, she started writing down everything: from where she knew Brandon and his name, that she has a crush on him, that she wishes him the best of luck for his future, that she would've texted him on Instagram but he didn't even accept her follow request and she also described herself a bit. To round it off, she even put some perfume on the letters, if she's extra enough to write them so why not give them a scent too?

It was thursday. Lia gave Madison the envelope but Madison was unsure "Do you really wanna do this? Are you 100% sure?" Lia had doubts, yes, but she knew if she would back off right now she would regret it for a Long time. In the break, Madison gave a friend of Brandon the envelope and now Lia had to wait. She wrote that he didn't have to respond but some sort of reaction would be nice so she was hoping that Brandon would react. Short after, Lia saw Brandon but he didn't look happy, kind of mad. "Please don't let him be upset because of the letter. Please, please, please!". The next day, Lia's english class was cancelled so she, Madison and some friends of them went to the Cafeteria, the only place in school where they can legally use their phones. Lia had an exam the two lessons before that so she was really exhausted. She turned on her data and almost started crying: Brandon had accepted her follow request and even sent her one. Lia was happy and excited and full of joy. She showed Madison the notification and she was genuinely happy for Lia. She of course accepted his request and these past two weeks of stress and sadness didn't matter anymore. Nothing could take her happiness away that moment. She texted Gavin as fast as possible to inform him on the process and he was also happy for Lia. Gavin didn't have a clean name even though he was popular. People said he is arrogant and selfish and that Lia shouldn't be friends with him. She however didn't listen to them which was the best decision she could've made. Gavin turned out to be an amazing human being and an even better friend. He had his flaws but who doesn't? The days were passing by and Lia was unkowingly looking for Brandon every break. Her eyes were slways looking out for Brandon if she wanted to or not.
