Min's POV
Min jerked up in the bed very fast and her head began to pound. She placed her hand to her head and tried to look around. She felt like she hit by army tank. Her whole body hurts. She heard someone speaking in the background. She looked around for the source and saw her mother talking on something what looks like to be a mobile phone. It was shaped like a clam with Pearl's surrounding it. She seem angry with the person she was conversing with. Min looked down at her stomach and was surprised she wasn't pregnant at all. Her stomach looked flat. Min strike a smile and place her hand on her belly but felt the bump. She gasped and pulled her hands back. She couldn't see the bumb but it was there. Her mother end the call quickly and rushed over to her side.
"Are you okay? Does anything hurt?" Wei Lin asked worried looking around for any injuries. Min had tears in her eyes but she quickly wiped it away. Min moved away from her. She was still not use to the fact Wei Lin is her mother. It's going to take some time to get use to it.
"No.... nothing. I'm okay." Min's voice sound rigid. She cleared her throat. She slowly got off the bed. Then she remembered the creature. She turned and faced her mother.
"What happen to the creature?" She got up and walked over to the vanity by the window.
"Don't work about him. We have it down in the cellar." Wei Lin turned and sat on the edge of the bed facing Min. She sighed heavily in relief.
"Why don't you guys just kill it?" Min asked frowning.
"It is not that simple. They... have other plans for him. And plus he is very special. I specifically told them not to harm him." She announced hesitantly. Min looked at her mother closely and notice she was fidgeting with her clothes. Her eyes narrowed.
"Why?" She asked in suspicion.
"Um... that for another topic for another time." Wei Lin responded nervously and gave a weird laughed as she fan herself. There was a knocked on the door.
"Oh look. Someone at the door."Wei Lin quickly got up from the bed and answered the door. Her father burst through the door not giving Wei Lin a chance to get out of the way. She was hit in the face with the door. He slammed the door behind him.
"What is going on!? Why wasn't you out there trying to get more points?" He glared at Min.
"Well, hi Min...how are you doing Min? Are you feeling good? Are you sick?" Min mumbled as she stared at the ground. Her father frowned.
"What kind of nonsense are you speaking right now? You should be trying to fixed yourself so you snagged your position next to him. What are you still doing in this room? You need get ready and get down to the breakfast area!" He stated as he walked further into the room.
"Well, geez dad. I don't know? You would think to check on your daughter to see if she was alright but you just walk up in here and starting yelling about how I should be presenting myself and grabbed the Prince attention. I don'twant to do that!" Min was getting angry and looked down and notices her belly was starting to show and turned away from her father.
