"Excuse me, missy? Why are you so smiley?" Gabbie asked her friend.

"Yeah, you're blushing." Kay giggled.

"What? No I'm not." Tate told them.

"Oh my god! It's a boy." Kay cooed.

"Ugh, I hate it when you do that." Tate groaned. "I ran into Jonah."

"Don't you two like hate each other?" Gabbie commented.

"I don't hate him." Tate shrugged.

"Yeah, we can see that." Kay laughed and Tate blushed.

"So, what happened when you ran into him?" Gabbie questioned.

"Well, as you can see I was in a towel." She replied as she stared down at herself. "And he used his powers on me."

"What power?" Gabbie questioned.

"The vision one, right?" Kay, looked at the older girl.

"Yeah, that one." Tate half smiled.

"So... you're blushing because he saw you naked?" Gabbie asked uncertaintly.

"When you say it like that it sounds bad." Tate frowned.

"It is bad!" Kay laughed. "Tate, you little hoe."

"Stop!" The eldest girl groaned, burying her head in her hands.

"And so you used your weird vision power on her? Jonah your such a perv!" Zach laughed.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't help it." The eldest laughed.

"Yeah, right." Zach snorted.

"She's got a nice body though." Jonah winked.

"Bro! You know who's cute though? That Kay girl." Zach smiled. "Annoying  but cute."

"What about you, Jack?" Jonah asked.

The curly headed boy just grunted in response. He wasn't much of a talker.

"Nice talking to you, mate." Jonah laughed.

"I think I might ask Christina out." Corbyn told his friend.

"What? I've barely seen the two of you talk." Daniel laughed.

"We text!" Corbyn tried to defend himself. "And... and we talk at lunch... and she's really pretty."

"Okay, I get it." The blue eyed boy giggled.

"Come on. We should go meet up with the girls." Corbyn said leading the younger boy out of their shared room.

As the two walked Daniel saw Harper and felt it would be a good to apologise.

"I'll be right back." Daniel mumbled to the blonde as he walked away.

"Where are you going?" Corbyn questioned.

"I-I just need to talk to someone." Daniel replied making his way over to the raven haired girl.

As he walked up to her she looked up from her book and raised a brow.

"I-I'm-" The brunette stuttered.

"Daniel James Seavey." Harper finished for him.

"H-how'd you know that?" He questioned, shocked.

"I know a lot of things." She smirked.

Daniel blushed and scratched the back of his neck.

"Those scars." She grabbed his wrist. "Don't do that."

"I-it was a l-long time ago." He looked away.

"I know." She told him. "But the ones on your thigh weren't done a long time ago. They're recent."

"Missing home does that to you." He shrugged.

"I'm sorry for the way I acted the other day. I didn't mean to." She smiled small.

"That's okay." Daniel turned crimson.

"You're cute when you blush." Harper smirked as she got up. "I should go."

With that she walked away and felt his whole body heat up as he went towards his friends.

"Is it just me or is it really hot in here?" Gabbie complained fanning herself.

"That's me." Daniel explained as he sat down.

"Dude!" Corbyn laughed. "Cocky much?"

"No, it's literally him." Kay laughed. "Look he's blushing."

"So, someone made him feel hot and now we all have to suffer?" Tate joked.

"Sorry." Daniel mumbled as he ran away, tears in his eyes and at that moment it began to rain extremely hard.

Kay hadn't seen it rain this hard in a while and she frowned. "Oh, Daniel."
