"We should go collect our crowns then." Christina, said walking up to Kay and Corbyn.

"Oh uhm... yeah okay." Corbyn said, pulling away from Kay and following Christina onto the stage.

"That sucks." Zach announced, sneaking up on Kay.

"What?" The upset blonde questioned.

Zach pointed to the stage. "I mean your boyfriend  and the girl he used to have a crush on just got voted King and Queen. That must suck."

"Thank you so much for coming and rubbing that in face." Kay rolled her eyes.

Zach shrugged with a smile. "Dance with me."

"No thanks." Kay pushed him gently.

"Come on! I promise you'll have fun." He smirked.

"Fine." She sighed.

"Now it's time for the King and Queen dance!"

Corbyn and Christina were pushed onto the dance floor and Christina giggled. "Never thought I'd be Queen."

"Never thought I'd be King." Corbyn smiled.

"It was nice of you to bring your friend to the dance." Christina commented.

"Who?" Corbyn asked, confusedly.

"The blonde girl." Christina explained.

"Oh, you mean Kay?" Corbyn looked at her. "She's not my friend."

Christina looked extremely confused. "What do you mean?"

"She's my uhm... best friend." Corbyn said, hesitantly and Christina laughed.

"Oh, good. I didn't want to assume that the two of you were like dating or something." Christina told him.

"Haha no, we're definitely not dating." Corbyn lied, scratching his head awkwardly.

"I'm bored now. Let's go someplace else." Zach suggested, pausing from dancing.

"Where?" Kay asked.

"Wherever you want, Mary." He shrugged.

The blonde rolled her eyes. "My name's Kay."

"I know." Zach told her.

"So, why do you call me Mary?" She questioned.

"Virgin Mary." Zach answered. "You know, because you're innocent and such."

Kay frowned and looked down.

"It's not an insult." Zach laughed. "In some cases it's a good thing."

"Um... Okay." Kay shrugged.

Zach took her hand and started running out of the crowded hall.

"Where are we going?" Kay asked as they ran.

Zach didn't answer, he just continued to run down the hallways. He stopped at a book shelf and Kay looked at him.

"Didn't take you as a reader." She snorted.

"I'm not." Zach replied, pushing forwards one of the books.

The whole case spun around and revealed a passageway to somewhere.

"What is this?" Kay questioned, hesitantly.

"Secret passageway." Zach raised an eyebrow.

"No? Really?" Kay said in a sarcastic tone.

"Come on." Zach smiled pulling her in.
