T H I R D P E R S O N"That was... something?" Christina commented as Harper passed her at the doorway of their shared room.
"I know." Harper groaned, as she sent a stuffed bear across the room with her mind.
"Hey! Let's not take our anger out on Mr. Pooh." Christina scolded making the younger girl crack a smile.
"I can't believe I embarrassed myself like that." Harper sighed as she put her head in her hands.
"And him." Christina said.
"What?" Harper spat.
"You embarrassed him aswell. This wasn't just a 'Harper thing'." Christina explained. "Imagine how he's feeling right now."
"I don't want to." Harper shook her head.
"You don't really need to if I'm being honest. Just look outside." Christina pointed to the window.
The weather was all over the place. It was very humid, hailing slightly but the sun was still out.
"Why'd you lie to him anyway?" Christina questioned.
"I didn't lie." Harper shrugged.
"Yes you did." Christina shook her head with a laugh. " Harper Elliot Reeves, I've known you since we were in diapers. I can tell when your lying."
"I'm scared." Harper pouted.
"Of what?" Christina sat next to her.
"Falling in love."

Kay silently made her way to her next class, counting the steps as she went. Something she always did.
A body collided with hers and she turned to see who it was. It was Zach but he was already walking away from her, laughing.
"Jerk!" She called out after him.
He spun on his heels and walked back towards her. "What'd you say, sweetheart?"
"I called you jerk." She said hautily whilst taking a step back.
Zach casually took a step towards her, small smirk on his face. "Oh? I wouldn't do that again if I were you."
"Why not, jerk?" Kay questioned, stepping back letting her back hit the locker behind her.
"You're a bit mouthy aren't you?" Zach teased her.
"Send the thank you card to my mother." The blonde girl rolled her eyes.
"I'll see you later, Mary." Zach winked, letting his hand trace hee jawline as he slowly moved backwards.
Kay didn't let it get to her, she simply said. "The names Kay."
As he walked away Corbyn ran up to her. "What was that about?"
"He was just being a jerk." Kay shrugged.
Corbyn was about to go after him but she didn't let him. She pulled him back by his shirt and he looked down at her.
"Don't." She told him.
"Why?" He asked.
"He's not worth it." She mumbled, shaking her head.
"But you are." He whispered, putting a hand, on the locker, by her head.
"What?" Kay questioned.
"C-can I try something?" Corbyn asked, looking at her as she nodded.
Corbyn stared deep into her blue eyes, he cupped her cheek that was slowly turning red. He smiled at her her before slowly leaning into her. His other hand remained on the locker, his mind repeating the same sentence over and over.
"Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it..."
But the sound of his heart was beating so loudly, he couldn't concentrate. He felt as if it were going to explode.
Finally his lips touched hers. Sparks flew in every direction, and the world was slowly disappearing around the two. Kay made him feel as though nothing mattered. It was a small yet warm kiss.
Kay's lips were moving at a perfect pace, her hands still holding onto Corbyn's collar. He pulled her close to deepen the kiss and felt her hands begin to play with his hair. A smile grew on his face as it began to tickle.
Kay was completely unprepared for the kiss. You would think that after all the time she spent with Corbyn - watching him talk, laugh and frown - that she would know everything there was to know about his lips. But she had no idea how warm they'd feel pressed up against her own.
