"So what movie do you want to watch?" I asked Cleo.

"What do you have?" she asked

"Well I have all these that you can pick from, or if you see something else you like on netflix then we can watch that."

"Um, I don't know, you have a lot of stuff to watch, and it all sounds so good. How about this one?"  Cleo asked holding up a movie pack.

"Ok great, I have popcorn, snacks and pop."

"Great, girls night movie marathon." Cleo stated.

"Oh yeah" I said. My couch was shaped like an L, so Cleo and I each got our own sections of the couch.

"Hey ladies" Emmett said in a cheesy way suddenly popping out from behind the chouch.

"Oh my gosh, you scared the crap out of me" I said.

"Oh my gosh, you scared the crap out of me" Emmett mocked in a girly voice.

Uh, I'm trying to remember why I ever said yes to dating him. Although, how could I be mad when he looked so adorable like that.

"You jerk. How long have you been there? I asked, playfully slapping his arm.

"Oh, five minutes or so."

"Go away, this is a girls night movie marathon, NO boys allowed" Cleo said.

"Good attitude Cleo, keep that forever and you will be just fine." My dad said from behind Emmett. "Infact, Emmett, I'm going to tell the rules I used to have for dating my daughter. Number 1 is 'you cant' so come help me outside before I change it back to that rule."

"Uh, yes sir." Emmett said walking towards the door and left.

My dad rolled his eyes and went out after him but smiled and waved at us before he left.

"Well its a good thing we have seen these movies before cause we just missed like five minutes of the movie." I said to Cleo.

"Yeah" she agreed.

I woke up to the sunshine hitting my face and I really had to go to the bathroom. I got up off the couch and moved my pillow to find my phone. I looked at the time and it was 12:37pm. We didnt get to bed until 3:30 this morning.

I went to the bathroom, and laughed at my appearance in the mirror. I ran a brush through my hair and pulled my hair into a pony. Then put light makeup on and went back down stairs. Cleo was still sleeping. I sat on the couch for about 10 minutes checking facebook on my phone and decided that I was going to wake Cleo up and ask her what she wanted for breakfast, or lunch. I went and tapped on her, but she didnt respond.  Then I shook her a little bit but still no responce, but after shaking her for a little longer and calling her name, she finally slowly woke up.

"Cleo, are you okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine" Cleo said. She went to stand up but lost her balance and fell back on the couch.

I rushed by her side. "Cleo, what's going on?" I asked

"Nothing sorry, I'm just a little light headed." Cleo said.

"Maybe you should eat something, it really helps light headedness." I said. "What do you want?" I asked.

"If you have cocoa puffs, I will have those." She said stand up again. She went over to the doorway and stopped.

"Yeah I do. Is this enough?" I asked her. She ignored me. I waved my hand infront of her face.

"Sorry" she said shaking her head. "I think I need to go home. Can you take me?" She asked.

"Yeah, but do you want to eat first or what" I asked

"No, take me home now, please?" she asked.

"Yeah, just let me grab the keys" I said. Before I knew what was happening, Cleo was reaching out for me but fell backwards, wacking her head on the wall on the way down. Then her body started shaking uncontrollably.

I let out an uncontrolled scream. "Cleo?" I started crying and panicking. From my point of view, my best friend was dying right infront of my eyes and I couldn't do a single thing about it. I started screaming for my dad and then quickly grabbed my phone dialling 911. About that time, my dad ran down the stairs and was by my side in no time.

"911, what is your emergency?" A woman at the other end of the line asked

"My best friend fell and is on the ground shaking uncontrollably, and on the way down from her fall, she wacked her head." I said.

"Ok, is she having difficulty breathing?" She asked

"No." I replied

"Ok, what is your address?" The lady asked.

(I gave it to the lady taking my call.)

"Okay. What is the gender and age of your friend?" The woman asked calmly.

"Um, female and 16" I replied.

"Ok, I will send help right away."  She said

I had tears running down my cheek.

"Ok, please hurry!" I said.

"Honey, were hurrying as fast as possible."  The lady said. "Are you two by yourselves?" She asked

"No, my dads here." I said.

"Ok, you guys need to have the area cleared around her and make sure that she cant hurt or hit herself on anything."  The lady said.

"Yeah, I know, my dad has already done that." I said.

"Ok, they should be there soon." The lady asked.

"Ok, thank you" I said.

"Your welcome, please stay with me though, and don't hang up until help gets there! Just keep me imformed of whats going on, okay?" The lady asked.

"Ok." I said

I looked at Cleo. "Is she going to be okay daddy?" I asked with tears running down my cheeks. School had only been out for a week and it was already being ruined. I dont think it could get much worse.

"Yeah honey, other than the fact I think she is going to have at least a slight headache, I think that she will be okay. Lets just hope that these seizures aren't continuous and make a habbit of occurring." My dad said.

The thought of that worried me. We both sat there watching Cleo in silence and made sure she could not do anything to hurt herself worse. My dad knew what he was doing though because he worked on the Quick Responce Unit (Q.R.U.) and was on the fire department.

After a few minutes of fear going through my head and tension in the air, we heard sirens. I kept the lady imformed off what was going on and that we heard the help coming and we hung up.

Their was a Q.R.U. rig, three police cars and an ambulance that flew into our drive. Some of them were several minutes faster than the others. The first ones here was the Q.R.U. and they very carefully put Cleo on a stretcher. Then when the cop cars got here, they asked me some questions about what all she did last night and this morning, what all she ate, when she went to bed, and when she woke up. Then when the ambulance came, the officers reported the information that I had given them to the ambulance driver and they loaded Cleo up and left. It was suddenly really quiet once everyone had left.

"Hurry up and get ready and we will go to the hospital if you want" My dad said.

"Oh thank you" I said throwing my arms around him. I was so nervous. I hoped to crazy she was okay.
