Cleos mom dropped to the floor crying and Jesse stormed out of the room.
I sat there frozen. Guilt immediately taking over. This was all my fault. She was at my house when this happened. I am the cause of her death.
The sound of Cleos mom crying filled everyones ears. You could hear the pain. My dad wrapped me up in a hug.
"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT. YOU KILLED HER!!!" Cleos mom started screaming at me. Tears were running down my cheeks soaking my shirt.
My dad stood up motioning for me to come on and lets go. I just sat there frozen though. My best friend was DEAD.
"Cleo, Cleo," My dad said shaking me. "Come on, wake up. Its just a dream."
I opened my eyes and and Cleos mom was still sitting there calmly and Jesse was still here too. So I didnt kill Cleo. Cleo was still alive, she was in the hospital, but still alive.
Relief immediately took over me. We sat there in silence for a few more minutes when a doctor came out, again.
"Is the parent or guardian of Cleo Smith here?" The doctor ask.
Cleos mom stood up, "That would be me!" she said in a slight worried tone.
So far, this was almost exactly like my dream. My heart stopped as I waited for the results of how Cleo was doing.
"Cleo is awake and would like to see you." The doctor said.
We all smiled and I gave my dad a hug before we all walked to her room. It was a little crowded but nobody cared.
I didnt care, I was just happy that my dream was just a dream and best friend was alive and awake so I could talk to her.

Hey guys, sorry for a super short chapter. I've been stressed and busy lately. My little cousin thats only a year and a half old broke her leg in two spots yesterday. But it was an accident. Her dad accidentally fell with her while he was walking down a ramp and luckly he pulled her up in his arms cause if not, it could have led to a head injury, but we think her leg was still under him. Anyways, shes still strong, happy and tough.
Anyways, I left this chapter without a cliffhanger cause I love you all. I'm just happy it was just a dream, aren't you.
