How i started this long journey

Today was my first on diet .
All I did today was taking a little step towards my dream body. It wasn't like  I forced my body but rather I just improved. Whenever I just feel like I am carving , I ate a cucumber instead of eating something unhealthy. I tried a lot to not eat sugar which was my first step but still couldn't eliminate refined sugar but i will try to eliminate it in the next week of my diet. Another step which I had taken was to eat short meals and drink plenty amount of water. That's all for today, meet you tomorrow again with some progress.
