Just friends....

what are we gonna do ....

She woke up quite late but that was fine,I had some money and a credit card with some savings(it wasn't alot). I went to the cafe across the road(keeping a close eye to make sure my angel was ok) and I bought her some pastry and coffee for when she wakes up. I got back to her and gave her the coffee and pastry. She shared it with me as she didn't want me to go hungry,I gave her a kiss and told her that I'm always going to love her and be by her side to which she responded 'i will always be here for you, I don't care what happens I'm going to be here for you.'
I felt all warm and fuzzy inside and I am pretty sure I was smiling like crazy.
It was just past 12pm and we had just taken a walk and we didn't know what to do next,so we sat down on a hill underneath an apple tree that overlooked the whole neighbourhood and talked about everything. We sat and watched the clouds come and go,memories were flowing through my mind about when we were younger. I felt a single tear roll down my cheek as Hailey wiped it away and asked me why I was crying and I said because I was thinking about everything we had been through together and how far we've come.
We were sat under the tree forever and we made daisy chains and put them in each others hair. I braided her hair and when I was done I wrapped us both in a blanket and we watched the sun go down and the stars shine.
We had a short silence as I zoned out, I didn't want to worry Hailey but I couldn't stop thinking about what might happen if we are never allowed to go back home.....
I feel my eyes welling up again as I think about what could happen, when all of a sudden I feel someone wrapping their arms around me, I suddenly feel safe again. I fall asleep in Hailey's arms....
