Villain Deku AU Tododeku

I fondled the metal bracelet placed on my arm watching as I deactivated and reactivated my quirk making a small red light flash and a small beeping noise repeat. 

They really went all out on this, I'm almost flattered. "Midoriya." I turned around dropping my hands by my waist looking to the red and white haired boy as he stood blank faced seemingly oblivious to the stares we were receiving due the the recent rumours. "Whats up Todoroki?" I smiled closing my eyes as I faced him pretending that I also hadn't caught on to the looks. "I would like to duel you." Gasps filled the air making me internally groan at the simple factors these people were entertained by, honestly. "Okie dokie." I smiled and followed him to a blank area of land as the rest of the class ,surprisingly including Kacchan, began surrounding us however making sure to keep at a distance. 

"Are you ready?..." I nodded standing in a fighting stance holding my fists up looking at Todoroki, I've already decided to stick with my lower level skills. It would be far too suspicious if I suddenly gained more ability after barely passing a fight with Bakugo. 

"3.."

"2.."

".....1 go!" 

He immediately struck surrounding the for-centre of me with a tall ice barrack, I stepped back bending my knees and using the quirk I had previously took from Kacchan blasting the floor then jumping with the extra boost meaning i landed at the top of the wall. I jumped down kicking him roughly in the chest making him fall back wheezing before glaring at me and jumping forward once again going to freeze my feet. He managed to but I quickly blasted the ice from my ankles going to swing under his feet, he jumped grabbing my wrist and going to bend it back but i used my other hand to grab his and bend it the way he had intended forcing him to let me go. 

I let out my fangs biting softy down into his arm so only a prick of blood would be spilled for me to inherit  his quirk, he winced kicking backwards knocking me onto the floor but i had managed to get some blood before he did. 

I shot his ice forward freezing his leg then stood up breaking the ice and knocking him to the the floor before he managed to do anything, sitting on his chest pinning his wrists to the floor as we both breathed heavily trying to catch back our breaths. "You win this time Midoriya." I chuckled and nodded my head tilting my head as I looked down at him still not moving "Do you want me to give you the part of your power I took? It'll come back naturally after time but I understand if you don't want me running round with it." He nodded before turning his head looking at my hands "Would you mind releasing me first though." I chuckled and nodded lifting my arms up and climbing off him allowing him to sit up. "You can give me it back now." Great the embarrassing part. 

I grabbed his cheek and pulled his face towards mine watching as he slowly went pink causing my face to subconsciously heat up, I closed my eyes and crashed my lips on his causing him to gasp before closing his eyes and beginning to kiss me back. I trailed my tongue along his lip asking for permission which he granted allowing me to slip my tongue into his mouth. He pulled away looking down at the place I had bit in his arm as it started to glow the power flowing back into it. "Sorry Todoroki, I know it's embarrassing but it's the only way for me to do that." 

He blushed and bit his lip nodding looking the other way making me internally smirk as i externally hid it with a confused look. 

He has been distracted from trying to find my plans hopefully this is a plan I can continue with, for cover purposes! 

That's the only reason I want to kiss Todorokis soft, tempting addictive lips. For an alibi......

Finally its the day of the sports festival. Now I can more onto the next stage of my plan information inheritance. I borrowed a quirk of a girl I had met on a mission once, Toga i believe. Alongside her totally not creepy collection of blood class 3A.

I activated her quirk taking on the form of Tamaki. The shy black haired boy part of the famed 'big three' someone that no one would be able to suspect. I sorted out my tie looking down at Toga as she held my form. "I'll only be a few minutes just put some headphones in go outside and sit down in silence. No one I know should be knocked out so don't speak to anyone aside from me and I will specifically tell you it is me." She nodded taking my phone from her pocket putting the earbuds in her ears. "Will do Deku-kun?" 

I left her walking the opposite way and towards the staffroom. I held up my hood pushing open the door slowly making sure the room was empty. Quickly, I walked in picking up one of the files from the side that was labelled 'Class 1A teaching schedule and student identities.' I took out the burner phone I had been provided with beginning to take pictures of each page.

I stopped once I reached Todorokis page being interested myself to know something about the closed of red and white haired boy.

It was all mainly basic information that I was already aware of until i saw a small caution sign at the bottom and quickly averted my eyes to the information below it.

'Cause for concern: Continuous mysterious bruises and burn marks seemingly matching fathers quirks and abilities. A closed of unconcerned nature without any sort of self care. Previous records of self-harm and attempted suicide look after the boy in question.'

Shit. I-I can't use him as an alibi, I cant hurt him anymore than he has already hurt. 

I finished taking pictures then closed the book making my way back to Toga to switch back to my original place. 

I shouldn't have a soft spot but I can't help it. I understand the feelings and constant emotional drag he has gone through but I always had a warm home and a concerned parent to go home to it seems he doesn't even have that.I guess i just need a new excuse.

Even if i don't want to hurt him, I need to remember my goal.

I wont allow my plan to fail.
