I feel a huge knot in my stomach.

"Oh boy what'd I do?" I ask

Just then J-Hope walks in..
"What's up... Guys.. Damn what happened?"

"I don't know, I'm about to hear it from Namjoon" I say

"Well what's going on?" He asks

"I found this letter on the hallway floor from your school and..." Joon starts

"Wait what?" I say realizing now what he's talking about.

"Yes Ree, we're concerned about you" he says

I walk over and snatch it out of his hands.
"How dare you go through my things, this is personal" I yell at him.

"Ree.. It was in the hallway..Joon didn't know who's it was" Yoongi speaks up.

"Ok but that doesn't mean it's ok for him to tell everyone in the house" I yell.. I can feel my voice giving out.

"Naree.." Tae says trying to calm me down.

"No, she's right. It wouldn't be right for a friend to do that. But we're not friends. We're your family. And we love you. And this letter says you're failing school, and if you don't fix it you'll get kicked out" Namjoon says now holding on to my shoulders.

"I know you don't want that.. Do you?" He says looking me into my eyes.

I lean my head on his chest..I feel my cheeks get flushed with warm tears.

"No..I don't" I say quietly.

"We can help you Ree" Jimin says..

"I hate school too.. But I go" Jungkook adds

I look over at him wanting to jump into his arms, but instead I give him a smile.

"I'm sorry Joon, I didn't mean to get so defensive. I know you all care"

"Hell yes we do" Hobi says

"I didn't go to college, but I'm sure I'll be able to help some how" Jin says

"I was doing so good, but then I got off track. I don't know what happened. I need to fix this. Do you mind if we talk more about this tomorrow?" I ask

I hug them all goodnight and go to bed.

The next day I went and talked to my counselor and explained that I was going through a rough time. I was going to start back at class on Monday with hopes of catching up.

On the walk home I tried to call Jia to see if she'd answer... No luck.

I thought for sure she'd answer since the Annual Strawberry festival is going to be in town and we've been going every year since we were kids.
This will be the first time I would be going without her.

"Hey Ree" I hear someone calling my name from the distance.

I jump and look around.. Then see it's Jungkook running towards me.

"Hey you" I say back.

"You on your way to work?" He asks

"Yeah, I just stopped by school to talk to my counselor about coming back on Monday"

"That's great, I know it's hard but you don't want your parents to know... Right?"

"Yeah.. Right"

"Did you drive?" He asks looking around

"Uh no it was so nice out, I thought I'd walk."

"Well not today.. Come on I'll give you a ride"
